We can't get one person to answer the phone, respond to email, or even simply acknowledge us as humans. We have been trying for 2 months at this point. After hearing how wonderful Dr. Natarajan is, we were really looking forward to a long overdue appointment. Awful office staff and horrible patient services. We will never know if the doc is as wonderful as everyone says and that is sad. We will go elsewhere but for the love of god ANSWER your phones or emails and help the people needing it. I really like Dr. Natarajan at Memphis Neurology but the wait time is HORRIBLE!! When people ask how long it will be, the receptionist repeatedly tells people that they have two doctors and testing today. Like that is the patients' issue. They continually overbook as if no one's time is important. Well, mine is! I think they should have to pay me my hourly rate for every hour past my appointment time that I am sitting in this lobby. If you can find another neurologist that your insurance covers, go there. read more

Stay away from this place. Find another Neurologist. They can't file insurance correctly so you get over charged. When you point that out, they tell you they will fix it but never do. If you balance is high, they will set up automatic draft payments, take one payment then turn over to collections. After they turn it over to collections, if you have an appointment, when they call to remind you of the appointment, they ask when you're planning to pay the account balance even though it's with collections. The collection company will take 3 payments then turn it over to a lawyer demanding full payment. Worst bunch of idiots I've ever dealt with. Stay away and find a different doctor. read more

Just had my first Migraine treatment (botox) with Dr. Natarajan and I am very impressed with him and his staff. I had an 8:45 appointment and he was running late, and I had another appointment at 10. Once he showed up his Nurse got him right in to do my treatment and I was out 10 min later. For a doctor to care that much about his patients says a lot. I have been at other doctors offices where I would have been told to reschedule. I am very impressed. read more

After almost 10 years of combing Jackson, Tn for someone to help me, my son was diagnosed with Autism in September 2017 by Dr Lynn at this office. I didn't care for him, much, and his robotic nature made my son uncomfortable. He had no people skills and could Not read context clues to save his life. Decent physician, and explained his condition to me thoroughly. Once he left, we were passed over to Dr Solanki, whom my son thinks Rocks! I've seen Dr. Porch several times and she is very nice and knowledgeable. However, there person that always answer the phone for appointments is always very rude. The first person you speak to should be polite because the first impression of a business should start with the receptionist. I agree with the previous reviewer, if you need paperwork filled out or a nurse to call you back you will be very disappointed. You have to take care of everything while you are there. This has happened to me and the nurse that did eventually call me back was rude and kept cutting me off before I could explain my problem. read more

I am FURIOUS! Never in my dealings with their office have I ever been treated this way. My daughter has not been there for a few years. Her seizures were dormant. She was rushed to the emergency room on Thursday, January 5, 2017. I called their office that same day for an appointment. Donna told me to call back after she was discharged. They were closed. I called Friday. They were closed. I called Monday and Donna told me that her discharge info needed to be pulled and I would receive a call before 5 pm. I did not get a call. I called Tuesday, Donna told me that they were working on it and I would get a call before 5 pm. I did not get a call. Today is Wednesday, I called again. Donna answered again. She told me that they were still working on getting her an appointment and put me on hold. She came and gave me an appoint for next Tuesday, January 24, 2017. I told her that was unacceptable. She told me that I only called yesterday. That statement angered me deeply. I explained to her that I am same person that has been calling since Thursday, January 5, 2017. Unbelievably, she asked me who I spoke with....HER! I SPOKE WITH HER!!!!! the only reason why I have not given up on their office and made my daughter an appointment with someone else is because their doctors are of the best. It was their office that got her on the right treatment to get the seizures to stop in the first place. Donna has had an AWFUL attitude with me since my daughter was 6 years old. I am actually surprised that she is still there after all of these years. However, I am not a young mother anymore and her nasty attitude will not go unchecked. She needs training dealing with young women of color and the needs of patients and family with sick loved ones. Maybe she just has a problem with me. I really do not know.
