I admit to not being a fan of floor workout and with Regina's class, I don't have to. She has soo much energy that it spreads like wild fire throughout the class! Regina is so nice and her classes are not intimidating. She shows you high as well as an alternate low-impact. No self conciousness allowed in her class, so be prepared to laugh at yourself and have a good time. Her classes are on Mondays @ Memphis Black Arts Alliance 6:30-7:30 and Thursdays @ Breath of Life Church from 6-7. While I've never attended her Thursdays class, I am told it is the same as the Monday class: best workout/dance party!
