My experience was amazing with Dr Arcot and his staff. One of the best decisions I've ever made was the choice of Dr Arcot for my spider vein treatment. The importantance of trust and confidence in a physician is important under any circumstance, mine had been built in Dr Arcot over a decade earlier when I was referred for a battery of test by my primary care physician for another medical concern. Treatment for the spider veins on my legs be had been put off for two decades so my mind set was " yikes ", could my legs ever be treated with the desired results I was looking for? They explained every step of my procedure and answered all my questions (without rushing me). Even when they were busy, still took the time to make me feel like I was only patient there. Dr. Acot really went above and beyond for me, his team was very courteous and helpful and made me feel 100% comfortable during my procedure making sure that I was ok and pain free. My grandmother came into the er from her doctor for chest pains . When she got to the er they discovered that she has had several heart attacks. Dr.Arcot was then called to do an emergency heart cath. He had great bedside manner and put me and my family at ease during this rough touchy situation. Dr. Arcot performed surgery on both my legs because they had varicose veins.I had previously suffered from pain in my legs and swelling. Since I had the surgery, I have been able to get back to my hobbies especially shopping. I can walk longer now and don't have the welling like I use to.
