This is probably one of the worst run offices I have every experienced. The first time I made an…read moreappt I arrived on time having scheduled everything over the phone and been told I would need to be there all day. They told me I would have to come back because they had no record of my scheduling anything beyond a visit. I was furious because I cleared my day. They SNARKILY said they would listen to the call to see when the confusion came from. Great. I received a very contrite phone call shortly after explaining they listened to the call and found my paperwork in someone else file. I gave the second chance and things went OK. I scheduled my followup. Before the followup I had my Dr send over the results of my most recent EKG and blood work to streamline the process. I called their office and confirmed they received it. When I arrived they had no records. They also had the wrong insurance information on the form after I stood at the counter reviewing this information with them. You just know they were going to bill the wrong one and act surprised. Please save your heart and do not go here. It will cost you too much time and energy sorting out their job for them. Remember, you have a choice of physicians, don't tolerate poorly run offices or rude Drs.

I seen John, he is "AWESOME" & has a great sense of humor! He showed empathy toward my condition, was very thorough and he wasn't in a hurry to rush out of the exam room. John made me at ease. While there John introduced me to the Wound Care NP Jessica. They both are wonderful people. After going to 2 other specialists Samantha knew exactly what the issue was. We finally have a diagnosis and my daughter will be on the mend soon. Samantha and everyone in the clinic in Oxford, Mississippi is great! Everyone is friendly and Samantha took time to explain everything to us so that we couldn't understand my daughters diagnosis.

I asked "Do I pay copay twice?" Well, we will do the ultrasound and then bill insurance and then you pay what insurance doesn't cover. I advised that the MD is in network and I am only responsible for copay ($50). Seemed confused and they did call the medical billing manager at the practice but apparently nobody called the insurance carrier and suggested that I call my own insurance. I indicated that I know my policy but shouldn't they call? They seemed frustrated or indifferent at that suggestion so I cancelled the appointment. The medical practice paperwork will state that you as patient are responsible for what insurance doesn't pay so I am nervous about going forward.
