Horrible service!!! I dropped off my daughters basketball backpack to get fixed and have a new zipper put on and I went 3x to pick it up and it wasn't ready just so the RUDE lady can say she tried fixing it and couldn't. She never called me and I gave her one whole month to fix it. She was rude and didn't even say sorry. She handed me the bag with NO WORDS. Very bad quality of service . The lady promised my mom to fix her wedding dress since it was too long and she lied to my mom saying she was working on it since my mom had asked for an update because she was taking too long . When my mom wore it for her special day she noticed she didn't cut anything !!! I called the lady to tell her she lied to my mom and cut nothing and she then admit she didn't touch the dress because She could ruin the stitching but didn't tell her that to begin with instead she kept the dress so we wouldn't have time to take it to another place and still charge her $300 for doing nothing but ironing the dress!!! I absolutely love this place! I took them my wedding dress one year after wearing it and they removed all the dirt stains from the bottom and even some other stains it had. I couldn't believe how well they remove the stains! they were also able to remove some stains from my daughter's baptism dress 2 years later. I love the mom and pop shop feel of it! Giving them three starts due to the following. Cleaning is usually done on time and they are very nice people. As far as alterations and anything other than dry cleaning I would recommend going elsewhere. It seems they have no problem telling you to come back more than once because they haven't gotten to your particular garment. I've been back 3 times for the same item, despite being promised by that certain date. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and they are the best! They do a terrific job with your dry cleaning but also do sewing. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are magicians with a sewing machine! They can literally alter anything and make it look good! They can sew a new creation door you and don't even need a pattern. You could just show then a picture of what you want and whala! That are so talented and trustworthy that I even had them make my wedding dress, bridesmaid's dresses, flower girl dresses, and my mom's dress! My sister in law also had all her bridesmaid's dresses made there as well. read more

I will never visit this place again after today. This place is right down the street from my house and figured it would be a nice little neighborhood cleaners I can take my clothes to, unfortunately, not the case. First off, this place is expensive. I took in two scarves and she wanted to charge me $10 to dry clean each one. I've been to other places where I could dry clean 2 scarves for half the price. Second, they do a horrible job with hemming. I took a pair of slacks to get them hemmed and took in other slacks to show the length that I wanted. She didn't even bother measuring the pants and just put them up against each other. She wasn't even careful because as soon as I walked out I know those pants would still be long on me. Sure enough they were. I took them back to get them hemmed for a second time. I just got them back and they're not even. The right seems to be a little longer than the left and they did such a sloppy job. They didn't even bother ironing them. Now I have to go back a third time and hopefully they get this right because if not these pants are ruined. Oh and the hemming cost me $8. Last, the owner is rude. She has no people skills and always seems as if she's having a bad day that wouldn't want to make you return a second time. I should have gone with my gut and not have come back after my first visit. Definitely a lesson learned for me. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I gave them 3 stars, because of they're business practices. Some of the reviews are true. You really have to emphasize you need your merchandise, by that date. If not, you will keep coming back another day or time to pick up. I suggest you "CALL THEM", before hand. I KEEP bringing my garments, because it's right down the street, and they do a good affordable job. Yes, they are a family run business which is why I like it. Make sure you tell them specifically what you want of your garment, especially when it comes to alterations. I know it's not good business practice for them. They do overwhelm themselves with work. They speak Spanish & English. I feel comfortable explaining what I need in Spanish. I get my point across much better! read more

The lady that does the alterations is great! She makes wonders with clothes even if they fit small after a few extra pounds which was my case, lol. She was able to add a piece of the same fabric of my pants to make the waist wider and I couldnt even tell! read more
