I first spoke with Amy on October 20th, and she let me know it might be the following week before someone could come out. She was friendly, professional, and clear about the timing. On Monday 27th, I called to check in and spoke with Leslie who told me Todd, was scheduled to come out the next day. Todd arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part that was needed. As soon as it arrived, he came back out-no extra charge for the second visit- and got my washer running perfectly. With the part and service fee, the total was under $200, which is fantastic for such professional service. Todd is experienced, professional, and pleasant. Amy and Leslie were both wonderful-kind, thorough, and patient in answering all my questions. As someone new to the area, it's a relief to have found a reliable and trustworthy appliance repair company. I now have my go to team for any appliance needs. Highly recommend Sheridan Appliances!

Instead we got screwed over.Took our money and wouldn't help at all. A few days later and $185.00 later a technician came from Danville Illinois to look at it and he confirmed it was junk, and by the serial numbers it wasn't a new washing machine. I wouldn't piss on the person that sold that pile of junk if he was one fire. KARMA IS A BITCH. I honestly don't know how you can look at yourselves in the mirror . The initial repair person that came clearly had no idea what he was doing, and spent about 20 minutes trying to figure something out before he called in backup. Once the other person came he repeatedly said to the first person " Are you drunk? Now I'm really worried. You need to go home and get some sleep" And then later "Just go home and get rest. I'm worried about you." This was a really strange and uncomfortable situation. The second guy kept trying to show the first things, ask him questions, etc. The first guy literally could not do anything or answer a single question. Ultimately, I was told it was a $500+ repair for an issue, but nothing was shown to me, and after asking to have the quote emailed to me, I never actually got it. Unprofessional from the beginning, and wildly bizarre that they would send someone out who was in such a state. (Not to mention still charging me for the visit).

When we were pains and said we were going home to check out the consumer reports on the different models, she was not salty about it. And when we came back in 2 days to buy a machine, she was helpful again, both in helping us make the purchase and in scheduling delivery. It was delivered in 2 days, and has been delighting my husband ever since. (It's an LG this time, and sings a little song when it starts and stops. Cute, right?)
