Whenever I have a problem come up, they have always worked with me and understood my situation. Plus almost everyone on staff is bilingual! My biggest issue with Sam's is that the people that shop there can be very rude. They stand in the aisles and won't let you through. They let their kids run rampant screaming. Kind of funny.
