The can may have been defective. The paint spurted out splotchy, bad valve I suppose, I informed them. Zero reply. Zero reaction. I asked if they were interested, perhaps it was a defective can, bad lot. They replied, "Well I don't know." Of course, I replied, "I do know. It came out in splotches... do you care?" "Oh." That was it. Just looked at me. So yes, I'll still go there. 99/100.

If things aren't too busy, ask if you can get the "tour of Aisle Seven"- and be prepared for a very unusual experience.

As soon as weather permitted, they installed a couple window wells and fixed the grading along one wall of my house over the course of a weekend. They also extended and buried one of my gutters to ensure that water was in fact flowing far away from my foundation. Living on clay soil, this meant that I went from having a babbling brook in my basement during rainstorms, to no water coming in at all. It's been a huge relief, and I'm incredibly grateful to the both of them for their considerate and honest assessment and resolution of the issues I was having.
