Have you ever had buyers remorse? Since I came To Urban Found a month ago I regret not buying jeans that were amazing and I haven't seen anywhere else. This store is the bees knees. Their clothing is fun and eclectic... it seems they often have sales, otherwise they are a boutique and do have boutique pricing. We stopped into this little shop during a weekend getaway trip, and what a pleasant surprise! Super cute!!! Unique clothing and home decor with a bohemian flare. Loved it!!! We found some linen covered word search boos with a hard cover and satin bookmark. Worth the stop! read more

This is a very attractive store and a huge asset to South Haven. They carry clothing, accessories, furniture, art, etc. You'll definitely find something you have to have when visiting. Beautifully displayed merchandise that's trendy and utilitarian. read more

We were in St. Joseph for a quick getaway trip this week. It was our first time. Cute little town. I stopped in Urban Found and was delighted by their selection. Purchased a fantastic pair of uber wide leg pants with side pockets without trying them on. Simply LOVED them! And reasonably priced too! Unfortunately I had to rush through the store because people were waiting but what a great place. Would have loved get more. If you get a chance, stop in. read more

My second time coming to this boutique and was so excited. I found a really cute sweater and proceeded to check out. When I got to the counter, there was a worker sitting behind on a stool looking at his phone. He ignored me until I finally set the merchandise on the counter. He looked up, stood up and didn't say anything to me. He took the hanger off and threw it forcefully into the bin behind him and missed and threw my (expensive) merchandise on the counter all wadded up. Horrible service and will not come back here. A boutique setting should always have happy, helpful individuals working. Never anyone just sitting on their phone bothered when a PAYING customer needs help. I was so close to walking out and taking my money elsewhere, so I hope they have other individuals more eager to work there than him. read more

I LOVE their clothes and home accent pieces but the workers at all 3 stores have not been helpful. In Saugatuck the clerk was on her phone looking bored. In South Haven I got curt answers to questions and in St Joe I showed a sweater to a person up front and asked about sizing and was told to go back and look. The other person just ignored me. I was sooo excited to return here this season as last year I spent a small fortune at this store! It was my very favorite, this year I found it catering more toward the "younger" crowd.... filled with halters and not much to choose from. My friend and I were also extremely put off by the "help" - we couldn't find any(???) and when we did we were confused if they actually worked there because they were literally running around. Look, I get it, it's summer and you hire summer help which includes teens but that's all that were there - a bunch of kids who could have cared less about helping anyone out and I doubt they all worked there - it was odd as they were running back to the back room? Maybe they all worked there??? But I doubt it and could definitely use adult supervision! I don't want to sound like an old prude because I'm not, but I'm sure this is NOT what the owner would want and was in such stark contrast to the customer service we received last year! Be careful when you make a purchase. Some items are nonreturnable and others can only receive store credit. Unfortunately we learned this the hard way since it was not told to us and there was no indication of return policy on the counter.
