CUTE CUTE CUTE! I love shops like this! Full of playful, whimsical merchandise packed into a tiny but mighty space. It's a blast digging through and seeing everything they have to offer. You'll find an array of fun gifty things like home decor, jewelry, fun stationary, etc. They also have cute planters and ceramics for indoor greenery and decor. Downstairs they also had a nice selection of gardening tools and things as well and outside they have a little alleyway to the right of the shop filled with sculptures, lawn ornaments, and planters for outside decoration. Not sure if this was seasonally only but we were there in the summer so I can't say for certain if you'll find it all year round but either way, no matter when you go in you'll find something wonderful to take home. read more

What a great shop! Truly unique things you don't see anywhere else. I bought a beautiful chime for my front porch. So excited to hang it when I get home. Owner was super friendly, we had a blast chatting with him. He said he just bought the space & patio next-door and is opening next week and expanding his shop. Good luck to him! My friends and I LOVED this little shop! This shop carries a series of "shit" seasonings. When the clerk spotted our interest in these particular seasonings he ran right over to give his spiel. This guy knew his shit and wasted no time in cluing us in. I ended up purchasing a bottle of chicken shit and one of my friends got the bull shit. I don't think any of our group got the good shit, aw shit, special shit, or no shit.....but they were all available for purchase. I also got a "wet it" dish cloth that I just love....I think I need to get another one on my next trip to the area. All kinds of cool items are available in this shop so you're sure to find something to take home with you. I really enjoyed the clerks interaction with us and I hope he is there on my next visit! read more

OMG I love the Pink Patio! It is our official we-have-to-stop-there-when-in-Michigan place. The first time we went, my 6yo daughter in tow, it was unbearably hot and we were wearing our masks which just made it worse and they were handing out cold water to everyone in the store. That was nothing compared to the awesome customer service and the general happy feel of the store. You cannot go in there and not smile like a fool. They have such a wide variety of neat stuff, not your usual touristy stuff. We all loved it! The people there are so awesome! read more

The Pink Patio is my absolute favorite shop in Saugatuck! Trust me - if you haven't been there, you are missing out! The shop itself is really fun and completely full of a collection of gifts, fun things for around the house or garden, and special goodies for yourself - I literally never leave empty-handed! The selection of "Shit" seasonings (a MUST purchase as they are truly delicious - but first ask one of the owners for a "presentation" of them!) is our go-to gift for friends, as it's not only fun and delicious, but it's totally unique! What really sets this place apart though from other shops is the thoughtful attention and fun interaction with the owners Bob and Mark. These guys put their heart and soul into connecting with customers and making sure their shop leaves a smile on your heart. They are hilarious but also really kind and helpful.
