Love me some Menchies. This one in particular is located in the ever popular Fountains at Farah, and like Farah, it doesn't disappoint. Nothing better than having a nice, typically hot (because it's El Paso), day of shopping and taking a quick break to grab some Froyo. And nothing better than the type of froyo places that you get to basically make your own. Fill up your cup with whatever flavors you like, and then let your inner child surface as you approach the salad bar style buffet of nothing but different candies. If you're like me, you'll likely try to use every single candy available. If you're like me, you'll find that, that is a terrible idea, as not all of those candies go together. If you're like me, you'll add way to much candy. If you're like me, you'll stand by your terrible decision, and eat it all anyways on principle. If you're like me, you'll likely have a tummy ache later that evening due to your childish choices. And if you're like me,... you'll do it all exactly the same the next time you go. Menchie's at the Fountains of Farah is a super cute location for this Franchise. Menchie's is the last business at the east end of The Fountains of Farah mid Corridor. When I visited they had amazing safety measures such as enforcing 6 feel apart, of course by city law wearing masks, they had a sanitizer station, and you must wear plastic disposable gloves provided by them to go in. Menchie's offers a wide variety of frozen Yoghurts with toppings all quite delicious. They have tables outside and it is a cute experience as you see the vehicles slowly drive near the mall corridor and all the people walking and shopping. You can watch the sunset and we always have beautiful Sunsets here in El Paso so win win for everyone. :) read more

Machines sometimes work, sometimes not. Toppings area is always a mess. And whoever is 'working' always seems to be in the back or bathroom when I go. And I always tip at restaurants... but why are we being 'asked' to tip here? Am I missing something? read more

It's really good if you are lactose intolerant which was surprising! As an experiment we went because my husband gets really bad stomach upset when he eats ice cream. So we tried Menchies frozen yogurt. I figured yogurt, the bacteria in it ate the lactose, the sweeteners are something else? So he ate some at, ta-da! No pain! We go here now whenever we get the craving! So many flavors,some are regulars there all the time, some come and go. The toppings are a great added bonus! And they have chocolate syrup and caramel too! So try it out! It's really yummy, even in winter! read more

All the flavors they have are delicious and the added toppings are alot to choose from. I loved the pistachio, cheescake, and basically all I tasted were great. I like the employees for being so polite and very helpful. Place is clean and tables as well. read more

This place is good but during the pandemic we should all wear masks at least. While u are getting ice cream and toppings, if youre talking you are spraying little droplets all over the place. This company isnt being safe. Its not just this location. So if u want to get Covid-19 go to Menchies! I should report it to health department. Thats just gross. read more

On the whole, I like Menchie's as a chain. Its always clean. You get what you pay for and they have great flavors they change our periodically. I love that you so easily mix and match flavors (you pay by weight) and they tend to have a generous amount of toppings (both candy and fruit variety). Its a great place to take kids and they offer military discount. I appreciate that I didn't even have to ask at this particular store, they asked me which was a nice gesture. read more

We love how convenient this froyo spot is since its just a stones throw away from home. They have a great selection of flavors and a decent assortment of toppings and waffle bowls/cones. Im not too crazy though of how their toppings are set up since the level of it is very low. Im kind of germaphobic so i feel like lil kids can easily reach over and put their hands all over it. As for the fruit toppings, they aren't always great neither. Mostly sour and barely ripe enough to compliment the sweet frozen yogurt. Although the frozen yoguert flavors are good, we have recently doscovered Craze and the way they do their froyo is just a bit tastier. We love the spoons tho from Menchies because how cute, durable, and reusable they are. Lol read more

The employees are super friendly here and the store is very clean. You can choose from a large cup or different sized cones. Fill your cup up, weigh it, pay. (Two cups filled about 3/4 added up to just under seven bucks). A tray of sample cups are set out for customer's convenience to taste the fun flavors. There is a variety of flavors to choose from. They do change, although I am unsure of the time frame of when this happens. The flavors are all clearly labeled and some even contain additional details such as "gluten-free" or "no high fructose corn syrup". I like that aspect a lot because many individuals are health conscious or have allergies. The toppings bar is fully loaded. Candy, fruit, choc syrup, nuts. Endless possibilities. The fruit is really fresh by the way. The employees seem to keep this area respectable, not a crumb out of place the few times I have been in. This location has a nice patio area. There are several tables with chairs outdoors by the front entrance and on the actual patio of course. There are also big wood benches and a neat modern (rectangular) fireplace for chilly evenings. Doggies are allowed on the patio area. Yay! You can sign up for their free rewards program called "My Smileage Club" online or in-store. Menchie's is a perfectly fine yogurt place, but nothing really to make it stand out. The yogurt is fine and the toppings are adequate, but nothing to make it stand out. I like that they have a fire outside and that's what boosted them from 3 to 4 stars. They also aren't super overprotective with the sample cups like some place. I wish they had smaller cups though. I don't need a $10 cup of a pound of yogurt. Crazy to me that so many parents let their kids fill those things up. It's a nice treat, but don't like going overboard. read more

I'm not big in super sweet things. Most things here have just the right level of sweetness. I'm super excited to finally have one on our side of town, and just like the other three, they hire only the best in customer service. My favorite flavours so far are Cherry Lime, Pink Lemonade and Iced coffee. Toppings: Chocolate covered strawberries, Nutella and (my fave) mochi. If they don't have the latter out, just ask, they might have some in the back. read more

So I've been to the 3 most popular yogurt places in El Paso. Menchies, Yogo Berry, and Orange Leaf. My top from all three will be Menchies. Great customer service, and although I've been to one before, the employee asked me if I've been here and I said no when in fact I have. She greeted me very kindly and a huge smile. Her name was jonay, jenae, not sure how to pronounce it, so I apologize, but she was amazing. Thank you very much :D I'll be coming back. read more

The service at this Menchie's is horrible. I have a My Smileage card and I knew that I had $2 worth of points on it, when I asked the employee of I could use them, he said my card was empty. I did not receive any points on my purchase for that day either because the employee never opened up my account. I also had a gift card that I planed to use but it didn't swipe with the machine and he was too lazy to type in the numbers on the back to use the card so I instead he just slowly handed it back to me also saying that there was no money on the card. I am upset with this employee and this situation, the restaurant at this location can use better training for their employees. read more
