I went at 9:10 PM on a Friday to go get a paleta, the store was closed. They close at 10 on Fridays. I had to ask the worker she's said "oh we're closing early" excuse me I drove all the way over here for it to be closed when it says it closes at 10.

The service was great, the lady immediately started telling us our options and narrowed it down to what we were looking for. The desserts were delicious! I got a strawberry paleta in a cup with strawberries and cream and some Oreo crumbs. My boyfriend got the strawberry cream paleta with strawberries and cream and whipped cream. We love how much fresh strawberries she put! Delicious! The restaurant is clean, just felt too cold to sit and eat (I'm aware it's a paleta place lol). We definitely will return!

I recently visited this Paleta bar and it is great! Especially love the concept --you start by choosing from a large selection of paleta flavors, then you can customize by dipping it in chocolate and selecting from a variety of toppings. I opted for a coffee paleta, half-dipped in milk chocolate with an Oreo topping. It was delicious. In addition to the custom paletas, they offer a fun and creative menu of specialty paletas with options like the michelada paleta and a paleta with fruit and chili. They also have savory options (elote and Dorito nachos) Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and am already looking forward to going back to try more flavors and creations.

Loved stopping in at this place! A large variety of paletas and agua frescas, with the option to dip (a full dip is fifty cents extra!) into chocolate (white, milk, and dark) and candies/nuts to dip in as well. Loved the taro and Kit Kat ones! Ambience is okay, there are tables to sit - we got ours to go. Service was friendly enough. Definitely worth a stop in for a cool treat!

My son super excited to enjoy his paleta!

Overall a great experience. They had a huge variety of paleta flavors. From pistachio to gansito flavor... the ladies were nice and welcoming. You can choose from white or milk chocolate and many toppings. Will definitely return.

A tale of 2 grand openings...both on the Eastside today. Both were locally owned franchises, same price points, but that's about the only things that were the same. It was for Summer Moon Coffee and for The Paleta Bar EP. The Paleta Bar El Paso: From the moment I stepped in a lady worker immediately welcomed me and my son and explained their concept and told us we were free to try the flavors and helped direct us to the area to start. She stayed with us and explained the flavors and told the girl to help us sample the flavors. We tried the fruity pebbles and the strawberry con lechera. My son fell in love with the strawberry and we got a dip as well as a topping, it came out to be $5. As I was paying, they offered me samples of the agua frescas and told me I could add fruits and toppings. Wow I'm gonna try that next time. We sat down to eat and they checked on my son, asking if he liked it and just making us feel welcome. They did that to everyone that stepped into the store. It's locally owned as well, even though it's a franchise and I can see they really cared about the experience the customers were having, making each one personalized. This is the El Paso small business mentality I fell in love with and support 100%. They make the ice cream in house and omg it's so good. My son and I don't like sweets normally but the strawberry con lechera was perfectly juicy, tart and, mildly sweet. They have real fruit in their ice cream and I loved seeing the interaction between my son and the workers. He got to pick his toppings and saw his creation come to life. I'm glad a place like this exists. Too bad it's way across town. Lol Come out and #supportlocal and try these new businesses opening up in a difficult time!

I wanted to try this since I saw it pop up in Las Cruces. I give it 3 stars, it was good but not blown away and in my opinion the prices are a little expensive especially if you're trying to take a large family for a treat. Their paleta selection is quite huge and has something for everyone. They also sell them dipped, w toppings, in a cup with fruit and party packs. I got a mango paleta mangoneada concoction (sorry pic missing). Basically a mango paleta, with an agua fresca slushy with chamoy, tajin, fresh mango. It was very tasty but at $9.47ish w/tax that was a little pricey for me and I can't say I'd order it again. The paletas range in price depending on your dip (1/2 or full) and comes with two complementary toppings. They have seating inside and they take cards! They make their paletas in house so that's pretty cool, I saw a taro paleta and I love taro! I saw it too late and had already ordered but maybe next time. If I'm in the area I might swing by but I won't make the drive from my side of town just because. Try them out for yourselves and stay cool!

One of my weaknesses in life is having an insatiable sweet tooth. So when looking for a place we've never tried, this place was on our short list. Boy, did it NOT disappoint. They offer a wide variety of flavors, I opted for the gansito, my wife got the coffee, and my son ordered the fruity pebbles. All three of us chose a fully-dipped bar (you can get a half-dip or none) of dark chocolate. Other dip flavors include milk chocolate or white chocolate. They have a variety of toppings to add to the paleta after it's dipped and you can get up to two flavors, and a white chocolate drizzle to finish it off. All of these additions come at an added cost, but it's well worth it. Such a great way to satisfy a gnarly sweet tooth. I will most definitely come back over and over and over...(you get the hint) again!

Craving ice cream but definitely not your boring DQ cone. Try the Paleta Bar! Customize your favorite flavor of ice cream bar. From avocado to Kit Kat flavored bars, they have over 20 flavors to choose from. It's a small shop but there's enough seating for 12 people. If you aren't sure what to choose, the friendly staff guide you making the perfect ice cream. Try it, you won't regret it!

What amazing service and paletas! It was our first time and we'll be back! My toddler was so excited at seeing the variety of paletas and toppings offered. Very cool experience, topped off by stickers and coloring! We had a really nice family experience here. Thank you!

Had some family and friends visiting from out of town (and some local friends as well) and we wanted something sweet so we decided to stop in here. Great thing is we live only live a couple miles away. Very expensive but really good. We ended up spending like $22 on 2 ice creams and a drink lol. WOW! My daughter got a cookies and cream with Nutella spread and oreo cookie crumble with white chocolate drizzle. My wife got the strawberry mango with Tajín and chamoy added. They also added a nice scoop of fresh strawberries to the plate. The cookies and cream was pretty good but I'm not the biggest fan of Nutella so one but was more than enough for me. Now for The strawberry mango it was wayyyyy to salty/sour for me to really enjoy it. I was done after 2 bites. Definitely felt like my high blood pressure was trying to warm me of the high sodium levels lol. Strawberries were really good though. I ordered the cucumber limeade and omg it was so freaking good. The place isn't that big but you can sit and enjoy your treat inside or if you can find a seat outside you can sit there as well. The young ladies working were very nice and extremely helpful seeing as it was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing. Long story short will come back again for a nice little after school treat or something. (Not very often though haha)

Lime paleta with pineapple, strawberries and cucumbers topped with chamoy and Tajín.

Oh gosh. This was the best meal of our five day trip to Las Cruces, NM, Carlsbad, NM and ElPaso,…read moreTX. Sandwich bread is baked in-house along with all of the incredibly fresh pastries we also enjoyed. The cinnamon role had a gorgeous crust that hid a moist inside. Cream cheese frosting was perfection. Chiapas Nutella (neglected to snap a picture) was chocolatey, buttery, and topped with fresh pecans. The cream cake was a strawberry crepe masterpiece...layer upon layer of diced strawberries and an almost-savory cream cheese filling. We were warmly greeted and immediately seduced by the lovely scent of fresh baked pastries. While indoor space is limited with only three tables, covered seating out front provided a nice space. Friendly staff brought our drinks and food out to us. We will return to this lovely place.

I have been here several times, and their fresh ingredients and delicious baked goods do not disappoint. I have tried their lunch special, conchas, different baked goods and desserts, coffee, hot tea, and spicy gummies, and today I ordered two small "Rosca de Reyes" for pick up on Kings Day. This small place has a nice music background perfect for working remotely, studying, or simply decompressing from the daily monotony. There is seating inside and outside. Arte Sana offers caring customer service, accepts cash and credit cards, and has a parking area immediately outside its plaza.
