We went as a family on a weekday evening. There is plenty of parking in the adjacent lot. The room is brightly lit and decorated with fun colors. We got our bowls and headed for the dispensers. It was a little bit of a bummer that about half of the flavors were out. I like the chocolate vanilla swirl, which was on. The rest of the fam found flavors they liked amongst the selections available. They have quite a few toppings to choose from. I got a maraschino cherry and a pump of chocolate magic shell topping. I hadn't been to a Menchie's since before the pandemic and overall the experience didn't blow me away. The cashier was not very helpful, but really you could almost just have people weigh and pay for their stuff themselves and skip that part and just bring somebody in to make sure it's clean, they didn't love frozen yogurt this time although that may have just been because it's what my son picked rather than what I would've chosen for myself. read more

My husband and I swung by Menchies for their National Froyo Day BOGO froyo deal! The shop was thankfully not too busy - maybe because it was 20 degree? - so we were able to quickly & easily serve ourselves. I was so excited to see that they had cold brew coffee froyo + salted caramel latte - yum! I got both, plus a little bit of cake batter froyo on top (a personal fav). I love that you can not only pour your own froyo, but you can also scoop your own toppings here! I topped by froyo with Reese's, cookie dough, Reese's peanut butter, & marshmallow cream - so good!! My boyfriend and I were craving some froyo after dinner so we headed over to Menchie's on a Friday night to get ourselves a bowl. It just so happened that they were having their grand re-opening and had a deal for BOGO! We ultimately chose Menchie's over Yogurtland or any other establishment because from others' recent experience, it sounds like competing places don't allow you to scoop your own toppings. On arrival, we were happily greeted by (who I think is) the owner. There was a small table where the bowls were where you could sanitize your hands, and glove up. Great COVID-precautions! We dispensed our favorite flavors (tart, raspberry pomegranate, and mango), and then scooped our own toppings--and not to mention, they have A TON of toppings to choose from! (Although, I do wish they had mochi pieces like they offer on the east coast). The staff were super sweet and helpful. And we were delighted with the choices of flavors and toppings. If you had to choose a place for froyo, go here. They adhere to COVID protocols and are opened late (9pm as of now) for your dessert/late night cravings! read more

This location was messy and unstaffed. Like we legitimately got our frozen yogurt and toppings and waited at the counter to pay before the young employee decided to wonder out from the back. Great chain, bad location. read more

The yogurt here is just as good as yogurt land but not as many choices. The toppings bar is ok. They have a lot of the dry stuff, but not a lot of the fruit and popping bobas. Also there's this thing that knocks off a star. They have a 20% check-in deal that they won't honor. read more

Who doesn't like frozen yogurt? Am I right? This is a small location with just the right amount of flavours. I had the creme brûlée and snickerdoodle flavour mixed into one bowl of goodness. They have the toppings section full of everything you'd want and then chairs and tables to sit down and chill. Service was friendly and on point. read more

I love this place! Not only the free samples so you can be sure to get exactly what you want but also the variety of toppings! The place is clean, the service is great but the prices are a bit high. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program. We sat outside which unfortunately may as well be in the parking lot and there was a couple just hanging out waiting for an appt at the adjacent nail salon which wasnt cool to utilize the seating but not the product. I would love to give 5 stars...however, we never got to try the ice cream. The person working inside yelled at us for sitting at the table outside while finishing up a phone call before coming in to order. We understand that the tables are for guests and explained that we would be in after the phone call was done, but her large eye and door slam showed me that she could care less about customer service. I hope this isn't a reflection of the business as a whole. Better training of staff is a must. read more

Do not try to use GrubHub here. I did, but when I arrived at location, they told me they did not have any way to order online and did not have an order for me. They did not try to help me at the store and we left. When we contacted GrubHub, GrubHub called them and they claimed they had the order waiting so GrubHub refused to issue a refund. Will not make that mistake again. Also the prices are about double what you'd pay going in. Other places are much better and are practicing better safe practices. read more

Yelp says that you guys are open until 11pm tonight. And google says 10. So I had plenty of time to get frozen yogurt. The little notecard in the window does not justify this. The yogurt is good and the toppings are well kept but the experience is not what one anticipates at a neighborhood yogurt shop. If you get there a half-hour before closing the staff will be stacking chairs and pushing away tables to limit any relaxing experience as one delights in their concoction. One couple walked in a few minutes before the 9pm deadline and they asked politely, "still open?" Staff responded "Yes, for 3 more minutes!" Oh geez the stress of creating a masterpiece in just minutes. Come on staff.....enjoy the customers and realize that last minute customers only increase your hourly wage time and makes the boss happy. read more

Love this Menchie's. Doing fro yo right! Soooo many selections; it's hard to choose. Something for every palate. It's always clean and the staff friendly. I've seen fund raiser flyers while in, so it appears they are helping the community, too. We live in Fort Collins and drive I70 into the mountains often. One of the employees working tonight were extremely rude. I came in with my family and I love the cheesecake bites - especially when they're really hard and frozen! I asked the employee at the counter if she would be able to grab me some from the back since the ones on the bar were a little squishy, she said that would be no problem! Offered to put them in a little cup with a lid and everything! Then she got her coworker to come up, and they started whispering to each other and giving me dirty looks, the other employee came over to me and started stirring the ones at the bar asking me what was wrong with the ones already out, I told her nothing and that I just liked the hard frozen ones, she gave me another dirty look and mumbled something under her breath and walked away. I got my bites, but I felt incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected after that experience. I don't think I was asking for something inconvenient, and will no longer visit this location. The Menchies in Westminster has much nicer employees and are willing to make their customers happy. read more

Ordered some yoghurt on Uber eats and the driver only delivered half my order. After being very pleased with the abundant selection of flavors and toppings on the app I was quite excited for my delivery, so you can imagine how bummed I was when my order wasn't received. I called Menchies, not expecting any miracles, but Nancy called me back in 5 minutes and offered to personally delivered my delicious dessert (20 minute drive from the location). I offered a tip, it was declined and we were rewarded with an abundance of extra yoghurt. Uber eats dropped the ball, but Menchie's came to the rescue! Thank you Nancy! read more
