Overall: Ecstatic to have tried this place. I used to have a go-to place for che near Federal Blvd until they stopped offering it on their menu. I've been making Che Thai at home but probably going to come here since they have so many flavor combos. Food & drinks: -Avo-coffee - Avocado smoothie with coffee jellies. Yum. -Smashed Avocado - exactly as the name says. Although I wish it was a little more blended with milk so I can drink it through a straw. I just mixed in milk when I got home. -Coconut combo - Very refreshing. I like the different textures in the drink. Service & Vibe: Casual and welcoming. Bright colors. Dog-friendly! They welcome us in when I was waiting outside with Bailey and offered her a pup cup and water.

This family owned business @arvadabambu opened their doors in December of last year. Manned by a husband and wife team. Their Bubble Waffles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle is probable a few clouds before heaven. Now the waffle mochi with Ube Ice cream is something that's chewy and so addicting! The ube ice cream topped off an already excellent eats. The Drinks: The Chè was my favorite. It's loaded with a variety of fruits with and shave ice on top. The Fizzy Sparkling refresher was new to us. My second favorite. Futures tries will be their Bambu Halo Halo and their Yonami which is a Vietnamese inspired yogurt. I like the trend of coffee shops ( they sell coffee) selling plants. It's nice to be surrounded by greens Featured: CHE - FRUIT ADDICT Chè Trái Cây Lychee, white longan, red tapioca, jackfruit, palm seed, jello, pandan jelly, coconut & coconut milk Smoothies - Taro Coconut with Boba Fizzy Sparkling Refresher - Dragon Fruit Phin Drip Coffee - Vietnamese Traditional Waffles - Bubble with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Drizzle Waffle Mochie - Pandan with Ube Ice Cream

Great service and great food selection. I enjoyed this location more since it does have a seating area and game you can play while you chill around. The Bambu Special was great. Temperature of the drink was great and ingredients were fresh. Pandan waffle is a must have, especially if youre in the mood for something coconut-y and crunchy. I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area. Make sure you tip as the staff is very generous and willing to find whatever you may be craving.

Been a long time bambu fan and get it anytime I'm in Texas or California. There used to be a few locations in the Denver metro but then Covid happened. THEN this location miraculously popped up and it's just as fresh and delicious and I've been a few times already and can't wait to go often this summer so since it's so refreshing. Their che's are perfect and not overly sweet, the pandan waffle is my favorite!!

This little gem has some of the most lovely drinks, I loveeee this coffee and you could add bursting bobas so that's always fun to add! They have a huge variety of drinks to try, but I prefer the coffees!

I saw this out of the corner of my eye driving by and I recognize that green round sign anywhere. How LUCKY we are to get one in Arvada, my hood. Number 6 and 10 all day. The employees are friendly and the che is just how I remembered: consistent flavors to the ones I frequented back in the Bay. My daughter had the Pina Colada smoothie and she said it was perfect (not too sweet like some ice and syrup "boba places). . I'll be a regular here for sure! This place is so good!

The bambu favorite was so good and not too sweet. We also got the avocado durian smoothie and it was really fresh and creamy. We love Bambu and hope they will stick around for a while since this is the last Bambu in CO.

This place is soo yummy! They opened about a month ago and the drinks are delicious. I really liked the Taro smoothie with boba. They are super flexible and make substitutions if needed. The fruit addict che is refreshing and stocked full of fruit and the bubble waffle was fluffy and light.

Boba (tapioca) is too hard. Tried it a couple of times. Need to be softer. Other than that the flavors are good

We decided to share an order of crab rangoons. Love those! they come with a sweet sauce for dipping. I chose to have the Drunken Noodles with chicken. There was ample chicken in my dish which was tender and well sauced. The sauce had a lovely kick and it was complimented by the crunch of the green onions. My friend enjoyed her meal as well, choosing a noodle bowl with chicken. We had conversation and never felt rushed. I always have a good experience here.

I almost turned around because I thought this couldn't be a good sign. I'm glad I didn't because my husband and I had a great lunch here. The menu is expansive but I went with my go to: shrimp spring rolls and meatball pho. My husband got the brisket and steak pho. I appreciated that there were regular and large size bowls. The shrimp spring roll was good except one section had a bug in it. It happens, I just didn't eat that piece. The pho broth was deep and rich, tasted like it had been simmering for a long time. I enjoyed our meal here and would definitely come back!

On my search for the best Pho in Denver, I visited Faifo Noodle House last year and got their Beef…read morePho with extra Beef Rib. The broth was deep and aromatic and the portion size, especially with the beef rib, was massive. Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.

Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.
