The establishment is clean and the service was awesome. The young lady explained everything to us in a clear and professional manner. They even provide sample cups for you to try any froyo. I love this place! I have been in for FroYo many times. I decided to have a cake made for my Son's 4th Birthday. He wanted a hot wheels cake. The young lady that helped me & made the cake was amazing! She went above & beyond my expectations for the cake! She made it perfect & was so sweet & helpful! The cake was also delicious! Menchie's does frozen yogurt right! ----- Stopped in late night during the week and this place was busy! The first great sign of good things to come. The decor is fun and bright but works so well with the furnishings. They also had multiple tables outside that I enjoyed very much. Overall a great location that is clean and inviting. Im not a crazy flavor yogurt fan so I cant speak much to the many different creations of flavored yogurt that they offer. But the traditional vanilla was delicious and not too sweet for me. Where the truth lies for me in a frozen yogurt shop is in the toppings!!!!! These toppings were very well organized, clean, and had different color spoons to let you know what contained nuts. First options are candies and nuts, then fresh fruits, and last but not least the sauces. They had Nutella I could put on top of my yougurt from a squeeze bottle!!! Amazingly good! I was so happy with my hodge podge of sweet and salty toppings that it was the perfect late night snack at a great price. This was my first time going to this location the overall vibe was awesome, killer music, friendly staff, although I feel as if it's a little overpriced before tasting, afterwards I completely understand, it tastes like all of the yogurt was made on sight that day. The best and cutest place for Fro Yo in Brandon! Menchie's is very kid and pet friendly! Well, pets go outside, but still! The decor is super cute and appealing! The variety of flavors, in this self-service shop, are wonderful. They range from sugar free to no sugar added to sorbet to unique. I remember trying Maple Bacon Donut once! Not for me, but you get the point ;) My favorites are Cake batter, white vanilla, dulce de leche, and pistachio. The owners are very friendly and remember you, making you always feel welcome. Best Fro-Yo around! Menchies is amazing. They by far and away have the best flavors! Every flavor is exactly as the name says it is. There toppings selections is pretty awesome also. They just got crushed graham crackers which is my favorite. The best part about this menchies is its location. It's in the same plaza as Brandon bike works and publix. What makes this so nice is that is has a small town feel. It's a narrow road that runs between menchies and the Greek restaurant next to it. There is a few streetlights on that road. It's really nice and relaxing to go there at night and enjoy some fro yo. Our new favorite treat shop! Make sure to become a Smile rewards member. The flavors are awesome, it's always clean, and the staff are really friendly. They make it a nice place to take kids. I like that they have set out little tasting cups so you aren't having to ask for them. It's a spirit of generosity missing from other yogurt shops. My kids love getting toppings and it's a pretty inexpensive reward for good behavior or "just because." We also love the spoons. They're pretty sturdy. We always take ours to-go, so the spoons end up in the dishwasher and now we're starting a small collection. My kids like to use them for any desserts or cereal at home and I have to admit they're pretty cute. The location is great, too. It's a perfect place to pop in after grocery shopping since the service is so quick, or after a trip to the Aveda salon. read more

The last four times we have been here we've been disappointed. You have 16 choices, but 5 of them are out of order, 2 of them are sorbets (honeydew and raspberry), and then the same 9 flavors that are always there. I look on the website at how many flavors you boast, and I have never seen even half of those there other than chocolate, vanilla snow, dulce de leche, coconut, dark chocolate mousse, and cake batter. On top of that the chairs are always filthy, tables aren't kept up with and are sticky. Then I hear the girl behind the register telling the other girl behind the resister about how rude the last customer was, 1. Because they were completely out of lids, and 2. Because surprise! There are hardly any working flavors. Then I saw her give the gentlemen the rudest stink eye I have ever seen. This is probably the last time I come here. read more

RIP OFF ALERT!!! The yogurt was good but BEYOND overpriced. I had a small serving with a sprinkle of nuts. My daughter had a larger serving with cheesecake bites and strawberries and my bill was almost $14. I was floored!!! The girl behind the counter pointed to a sign suspended above my head that said 55 CENTS TAX PER OUNCE. Are these people for real? What's with the made up tax? Do not get the tart flavor it tastes like spoiled milk. The Tart flavor was so bad that I could barely eat it. I tried to get vanilla and it wouldn't come out of the machine even though there was no sign saying it was empty. The chocolate flavor was painfully average. read more

The inside could have been a little cleaner and we were limited to where we could sit because there was trash and messy tables. I am not sure how this place has four stars. There is always several flavors out or machines completely out of order. The floor is always dirty, the drinks available are limited. They run out cups or lids or a mix of both. The "fresh" fruits are usually bad, tart or mushy. It's a poorly run shop definitely not FOUR stars! You can get better elsewhere. read more
