I made it really clear to Mr. Conrad I needed driveway cleared by February 2nd a full 4 days after he showed up to do driveway on Jan 29th, he took check from me on that day and promised to be back. Next day Mr Conrad called me and told me he would be out with skid steer tractor and he will have driveway done before Feb 2nd. I waited but he never showed up to finish job he was already paid for. NOT DEPENDABLE! I am type 1 diabetic and told Mr. Conrad I needed to get to doctor on Feb 2nd. This forced me to cancel doctors appointment. Like I said NOT DEPENDABLE! TAKE WARNING.

The business I work for rents a dumpster for $700 a month, sadly the value isn't worth what we pay…read more The dumpster is supposed to be emptied twice a week and I'm lucky to have it emptied once every two weeks. I called into the office to complain about the quality of service and they said they would send a driver; two days I have to call again. Talked to a supervisor named Tyler who lied and said they emptied it, the dumpster is in a gated area with an access code and a camera. When they finally came to empty it they dragged trash across the parking lot and left it. Sadly the area doesn't allow other vendors so we are stuck with the subpar service Rumpke provides.
