Not reliable, left out of the communication loop, tons of excessive expensive reports and unnecessary Scans without any reliable follow through treatments or updates on direction of care. Very low touch support attorney almost never responds, nor has any updates and leaves patient/ victim to manage all care follow ups fillings while asking for 45% of settlement before expenses- leaving nothing for client. Attorney directs client, patient to speak with assistant assistant Direct to speak with the doctor, Dr. Direct to speak with their attorney meanwhile, nothing gets answered, leaving the burden of responsibility and expenses, ultimately on the victim. Be careful that you actually get the help. They are supposed to provide you if you sign up with them. We did not. Ultimately, it was a complete waste of time, very expensive and burdensome. read more

I had never had to use an attorney before this, so I didn't know what to expect. But the experience that I had was not what I expected. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had I literally had to be chasing down the "attorney" who was "helping me". The communication was horrible he wouldn't respond to my text or phone calls and when he did, he would give me the run around. It was completely different then when I spoke to him the first time and he made it seem like he was going to help me, and I had a strong case. At the end of the day, I lost so much time, money and I never received the help I needed due to an injury I sustained which I was also told I would be getting help with. So, if you want someone who is only interested in "helping" a client who they will benefit from money wise then go ahead and contact this "law firm". They gave me the run around until the very last minute, so I was not able to get help somewhere else. Honestly, i rarely leave reviews, but the lack of communication they have shown me, made me leave this review. I have been going through a case for 2 years now. Rarely have I felt heard and Honestly I just decided to settle to get it over with and get move on. The problem is, it's been 4 months since I've settled the cade and still have yet to see any payment. I have been trying to get a hold of them for the last 2 months and all I get is the run around. I've been told to email people who don't work there anymore. I've been told I would be called multiple times and haven't received one call. For 2 months I haven't talked to anyone. I have been fighting a workers compensation case with a serious ankle break that required surgery. I decided to work with Mendez and Sanchez law firm and was given the most amazing Attorneys and case manager! John Hernandez was my main attorney on my case and was absolutely phenomenal! He is very genuine and informative. My case manager Eliuth Moran was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Throughout my case If I ever had any questions or concerns they would reassure me and give clear answers that I understood. The only downside was that it can be difficult to schedule an appointment with your attorney and it might take some time to get on their calendar and schedule. With that being said, I also was the one consistently having to reach out to my attorneys to get information and updates regarding my case, they typically never reached out directly to me. Other than that, I was able to settle my case and get the necessary treatment with their support and help. The best thing I can say about my experience with the agency, is that it's over. Legal ass. "I've been doing this for 31 years" Barbara should retire already. I hated speaking with her as she was always condescending and inappropriate with the "sugar...honey...sweetheart...sweetie.." So I stopped calling for updates regarding my case. Whenever she'd send a text, it was always for me to sign something. Never an explanation, clarification, what to expect next, etc. When I'd ask questions about documents she wanted me to sign, she'd always say she told me or emailed me something about it, but she hadn't. This occurred multiple times even though I'd requested for someone to talk to me before sending me something to sign. Never happened. Eventually, she tired of my questions, and had an attorney call me, 7 months after taking my case. This was the ONLY time I ever spoke to an attorney. There was never any communications simply to update me on my case during 1.5 years. From the first day to the last, there was never any care or concern expressed that I was actually hurt and still dealing with car accident injuries even when they closed my case 1.5 years after the car accident. The last straw was when Barbara called to tell me a settlement had been reached but first wished me a "Happy Mother's Day." WTF! Not only am I not a mother (by choice), the assumption was most offensive as I never wanted the title, am happily childless, and she never asked before saying it. I had a great experience working with Micheal and Arya, throughout my 5 year lawsuit with a drunk driver that had hit me and messed my back up resulting in me having to get back sugery. I did have some concerns about getting back surgery at the time but Mike and Arya set me up with amazing Dr's.
