If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. Even for my tiny project they discussed my needs in detail and suggested a necessary adjustment I would have overlooked. I am beyond grateful. Now I have a beautiful custom piece of stone putting the rest of my laminate counters to shame, and reminding me of who to call when I can afford to redo the rest... He even made me a lazy Susan with a piece of quartz leftover from the counter tops. Super friendly and super thoughtful! They were very careful in covering my wood floors with tarps and I can say no walls or floors or doorframes were dinged in the process of bringing in and installing everything. We would highly recommend him and hire him again in a heartbeat. There is still work to be done in both the bathrooms and the kitchen but I will update with photos once the projects are complete.

After checking with big box stores, we…read morefound they don't do jobs as small as ours (6' counters) if we wanted stone, and one of them recommend Gallery 77 where we could choose a remnant or a half slab. Their selection of remnants was impressive and we found exactly what we were looking for. On the customer service end of things, we were able to make a next-day appointment to look at their products with a personal one-on-one employee. She was with us for about an hour, explaining products, helping us find things, and matching backsplash tiles. She was very knowledgeable. We visited a couple other places in Hudson that day before making a final decision and no one else could even meet with us for a week (though we could browse and see prices which were essentially the same at all 3 places). Selection wasn't as good as the other two places, however. Installation was fabulous. Two men came and measured with their equipment and the same men came back to install two weeks later with no hiccups. They were also very thorough and knowledgeable, helping us decide how many holes to drill for a faucet (or possible added soap dispenser) and shared what they were seeing as current trends, verifying finished edges, etc. They spent time to answer our questions and didn't seem rushed. They genuinely cared about the finished result and our happiness with it. Amazing from start to finish! We would highly recommend Gallery 77!
