I needed the Internet to keep up with the latest treatments, view online medical seminars, stay in touch with care providers and concerned friends, and look up research and information. It was only until a neighbor mentioned Valley of the Moon (noting that some of my trusted friends used VOM, too) that I decided to give them a call. Best move I could have made. David and his brother, Michael, came out, met my landlord, evaluated what was needed and came back as soon as they had what they needed. They installed it and I've had no problem. What REALLY impressed me was their honesty and fair play. That is so hard to find in today's "dog eat dog" economy. For a company that prides themselves on service, I'm surprised they use an answering service and do not publish a direct line to reach them. And even with the answering service, not returning multiple calls and emails is pretty bad service. I hope they can address this, I'm always rooting for small businesses over the big guys.
