I felt even more grounded than before. She gave me the information and tools to reach my goals, but I still always feel I have control over my choices. Rather than create the havoc I feared before meeting with her, she made it all simpler. She is positive and encouraging and that gives me confidence and allows me to make better choices for myself in reaching my goals. She got me in control of my decisions and I am now proud of the choices I make. I like that Shana doesn't just deal with food; she helped me improve my fitness and workouts, too. We go over what I could have done better and how I will succeed in the future. I love that Shana doesn't judge. Most of her staff, other than her receptionist who often has to work with patients, are part time rotating, mostly clueless high school or college students. As a result there is no real oversight to ensure you are doing all the exercises and doing them correctly. There was little progression in exercises - at least seemed that way to me as very few were added or modified. In addition, she is only there four days a week (Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday), if that, with limited hours especially on Saturday and it's often difficult to get two appointments in a week.
