Their customer service is severely lacking, and management acts like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to work with them. It was common for simple tickets to take days or weeks to be addressed, and often you would hear back from multiple techs who clearly had not communicated with each other on the status or progress of what was going on, so you basically had to start from the beginning each time. Even if you scheduled a specific time for a tech to reach out to you, they would completely miss the appointment with no communication, and then they would hop on at random times with no notice. Since you never knew when they would be available again, there was pressure to drop everything to let them work so you knew your issue would be taken care of. Often a tech would tell you that they would call you back, only to not hear from them again and have to call them back yourself. Most of their techs seemed to lack training, and were clearly remote workers who are not local, and there also seemed to be a high turn-over rate. The only reason I put a 2nd star was as a credit to the few local techs who seemed to be trying their best with what little they had to work with as far as proper management. Overall, in our experience, Teknologize lacked organization, low quality of service for their clients, and on top of everything they didn't seem to be capable of improving in any meaningful way even after multiple meetings.

They tried multiple things to try and fix my computer, unfortunately it was the motherboard, and not worth the cost per their recommendation since it is about the cost of a used computer. They were able to transfer all my data to my hard-drive, which I appreciated. The real 5 star and beyond was they called me 1 week after to follow up on my service and my device. I don't think I've ever had a follow up call for something like this. Will take all my needs to them in the future for sure!

What brought…read moreme there was my Apple i-Phone 14 froze while downloading an updated IOS software the night before. Now, if you are like me, you use your smart phone for everything. I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. I was able to wait (about 1/2 hour) while they re-booted my i-Phone and made sure that the new IOS software was downloaded correctly. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. This is the only place I will bring my Apple devices (i-Phone 14 and i-Pad) They are an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Thanks So Much Alpha!
