*DO NOT GO HERE FOR PS4/XBOX REPAIRS* First off let me start by saying when it comes to phones, I do not know their caliber of work. I did pay $20 for a glass protector for my work phone which had no form of warranty (and that's fine). However, I did go to them for a PS4 repair as they advertised being capable of doing. Here are my issues. 1) Diagnostics is $45 flat whether it can be fixed or not. 2) It was over 2 weeks before any communication was made about progress or any type of diagnosis. 3) The woman who works at the front desk makes a great receptionist and cashier, but I any questions I had about the work or hardware required a check back with the repair guy or a call back later. Perhaps she's more knowledgeable with the phones? 4) I was told I needed a power supply to get the PS4 running as well as an additional hard drive that's the same size. All that along with data recovery was quoted almost $400 5) I paid the $45 fee and I went to their competitor on the floor above them who found root cause to be a failed hard drive and not a power supply issue within 48hrs. $179 later I got my PS4 back working again with an upgraded HD (and my original HD returned). I know times are tough for small businesses, but it doesn't mean it's okay to gouge your customers. read more

I texted back STOP thinking it's an automatic text but it's not. They're literally saving every number and texting every person that calls. After one day they called my phone from a different number. This business is very unprofessional. They overcharge for poor quality work. They use low quality screens and don't replace them properly. The iPad I got "fixed" stopped working a month after. very disappointed about the quality of work that I have received at this establishment.( Clearwater location) I replaced my mom's phone screen in her phone 97days ago, and the inferior screen that they put in failed seven days outside of warranty. They refused to do anything with the warranty. But for another $100, we'll go ahead and replace the screen for you. They won't offer any extended warranty on their product or service. When I ask for like a 120-day warranty since this one failed literally one week to the day of the last replacement. They said no. They do not stand by their products that they sell. They use inferior and poor quality after market replacements. They will also try to up sell you and they also give bad diagnostic for the issue, they will also try and hold for phone ransom so you have to let them fix... They do not care about their customers or the service that they provide to them. If I were you, I would run not walk as far away from this establishment and any other ones that they are affiliated with and go to somebody else. For your cellphone and repair needs, they will scam you and cheat you in any way that they can. I do not have high hopes for this new screen replacement. They Purposely put you between a rock and hard place. So you don't have a lot of other options, so from this point forward. My mom will be backing up her phone every couple of days and taking her pictures off of her phone every day. So when this phone screen does fail, I know it will, hopefully not within 97 days again. I am not sure what to think! Everyone seemed super nice and genuine. However, after stopping by the store to ask questions, I spontaneously agreed to leave my phone with them overnight. They didn't advise me on any ways to protect my data before leaving phone overnight and also asked for my phone password. Because I felt safe, I went ahead and gave them this information. My husband is more skeptical than I am. After listening to him and reading a few articles online, including recommendations to *never* give your password to repair people, I went back a short time later to retrieve the phone. I will be changing all passwords and keeping an eye out for any problems that might be related to hacked accounts or sold data. My intuition is that these are good people, but they should advise people on basic data safety before leaving their phones! And they should not be asking for passwords because that's a red flag. read more

took a phone to get fixed and told them like brand new and when I picked it up the screen was falling apart and told me they forgot to fix the wireless charging when it worked before I took it to them but all of a sudden they showed me a totally different one for a different phone and they told me that it got messed up during the process and then they told me that it's been broken and charged me 150 extra from the 646 they were charging me for a Galaxy note 10 plus so they charged me twice when I told them I wanted it fixed like new and ask if they can do that and they promised me they could but for me to get charged 3 times, I'd recommend going to google and find something else around read more

I was unfortunate enough to have an eBay transaction with this business. I sold this business an item in like new condition, perfectly functional. When this business received the item they immediately claimed it was damaged and disregarded all communications that I had made with them to resolve the issue. This business contacted eBay and eBay customer service bullied me into a return and refunding the item. When I finally received the item back there was no damage there was nothing wrong with it, and it was still perfectly functional as it was when it left my facility the first time. I don't blame the business owner but whoever does the eBay purchasing for this business should be reprimanded. They either failed to test the item at all upon receipt or they are just a liar. They also failed to return the complete item I shipped it to them with the charging block and charging cable and they only returned one of the two pieces. read more
