It was my first time in the tank, and Valerie was very thorough in walking me through the procedure and what I could expect from it. My float itself went without a hitch, and I left the facility fully satisfied with the overall experience. Plus, the waiting room was homey and attractive, which, in my experience, does indeed make a big difference in how spa-type treatments will go (nothing sours a trip to the spa like a clinical, dehumanizing office and waiting room). If there was any negative, it was that the post-tank shower stall was a bit on the small side (though, it was equipped with some fabulous peppermint-oil soap!).
