Alright I have no clue who the front desk is today on 5/6. Earlier this morning someone picked up, and holy smokes was she a bitch. I get it i worked in customer oriented industries for a long time! Word of advice though if you're coming off that rudely bright & early in the morning when you know the main part of your job is to take calls and help patients. Dr. James is the BEST chiropractor I have ever had. And I'd been to quite a few! They are so kind to me here and really treat me like family. The place has gotten busier over the few short years, but they always managed to get you in and out in a reasonable period of time and he won't hesitate to take extra time for you no matter how busy he is. Let me start off by saying I'm bad with names. Everyone working today 4/5/24 at 2:00 pm was top notch as always. From the front staff to both chiropractors everyone was very helpful. I transferred from another chiropractor after being with him for 3 years. I felt I needed a different approach to healing/recovering/wellness and I decided to go with the Integrated Medical Center after reading reviews from current patients. On my first appointment we addressed my issues and I was given some demonstrations on things I could do at home to help with my progress. I was given some helpful adjustments and I felt seen and heard and my issues were addressed. Very pleased with the staff. This place is incredible. I drive there all the way from Orange County to see Dr. Alfon. He is an amazing healer. I go for general health and well being but I have had a big problem with my left knee. It was a flair up from and old skiing accident. I barely could walk before I came here. Now after 3 treatments in three weeks my knee is 75% better. I don't even need the knee brace now. In addition my daughter who has a back problem sees Abigail for massage therapy. For us it's a long drive but totally worth it AND their prices are extremely fair. read more
