My grandmother has lived here for years. They are supposed to check on her every other day. She hasn't seen them in month. She says the food is awful and they won't improve it. This facility is ran by horrible and unprofessional management. I'd think long and hard before doing business with them. I stopped by to get some information on the type of care the facility offered. I wanted to find out about pricing, services and availability. I had visited a resident at the facility several months back. At that time, I overheard a conversation between a staff member and several residents (who were to be taken shopping). The staff member was so rude to the residents. It was borderline hostility and over the top frustration with the residents. I didn't know the whole story so I didn't pre judge. I only witnessed. However, after my personal encounter with management, I now know what I witnessed on the previous visit was not a one time thing. They are who they are. Let me add that they are definitely NOT minority friendly. read more

Pacifica Senior care living Menifee continues to amaze us. My father Bob is 82 years old and has lived here for almost 2 years now. his dementia is progressing slowly, and the staff is very aware of how to treat him. He really loves it here and considers all his caregivers as family. Had my father in law here temporarily after I had surgery. Reasonable cost, great care and good food. He was hospitalized with infection in March and returned to Pacifica after 26 days in hospital. Care at pacifica above and beyond !!! He passed away tonight at age 97. Thank you Pacifica!!! read more

I worked here as an employee for a while and I miss it so much. Rachelle W. was my supervisor and she was one of the best bosses I've had. I was in nursing school during the time and she was so supportive and flexible with my schedule. She was always there when I needed something and would respond to my texts or phone calls right away. My step-father has been a resident at Pacifica Menifee Valley (formerly Gladwell) for the past 18 months. I am so grateful for Rachelle Wheaton, the resident services director, who since even prior to move in showed such genuine care, compassion and honest communication in regards to the care plan for my dad. She continues to be very responsive and available to discuss and address any issues or concerns. The entire staff from the med techs, cleaning, dining room, reception & care attendants are consistently kind, caring and always greet him by name. The decision to move a loved one is a difficult one and I have no regrets in choosing Pacifica. The facility is clean and well kept in a beautiful location. Each time I leave from a visit I am so thankful that my dad lives in such a great community that truly takes care of his needs with such care & kindness. read more

My mother-in-law moved in about 5 months ago. The people, both caregivers and clients, are friendly and helpful. They accept pets and are reasonably priced. The facility is beautiful and they have a lot of activities. They have a luncheon for those interested in living there. read more

Make sure if your senior needs rides to appointments you check exactly what the rules are as they won't drive over 12 miles and most doctors are located in Murrieta and Temecula. Also be aware to check what care they cover and what they charge for additional care if your senior needs temporary additional care for a week or two to recover from a medical procedure. It is difficult for them to keep help especially drivers so the outings and rides to drs is constantly a challenge and you must have family to help fill in! Be advised of the hospice companies they recommend also. We had to report one they recommended to the Medicare Senior patrol. read more
