Vanessa, the Activities Director, was especially amazing--she runs an outstanding activities program that truly brings joy and engagement to the residents. As the title implies, I am in the assisted living part of the facility. The rooms are nicely appointed & regularly cleaned by housekeeping staff, although another member should be hired so that each room gets the thorough attention deserved for the 100+ rooms. We're welcoming the new clinical nurse's assistants (CNA) & Med Techs to lessen the overall workload of those already here. Our meals have improved in size & varieties. New pasta & seafood dishes,(salmon, shrimp) have been delicious standouts. The activities director keeps residents engaged with fun things to do, but a lack of enthusiasm from most residents make actually going little more than a time suck. I'm still getting really settled in after 14 mos, so it's understandable. What I find just as hurtful as it is unprofessional is the caustic, back-biting demeanors of Some of the top managers. It's really quite stupid to bring such mean, middle school,cliche-ish behavior to work. Serves only to put how little regard u have towards the people u work for on Blast! ESPECIALLY,those residents who suffer with dementia-related issues, who may lose their way or not comply with salty directives given by employees who "are just sooo tired of a res's limitations!" Whether I have to literally force the director to say a greeting is one thing, but the next time I overhear a certain sawed-off worker berate any resident by loudly making one of us feel "Less than" crap , I'll have to speak to Karen about it. U don't belong here, (relatively new) front desk relief person. Karen, Kindly concentrate on your resident's health & safety, like the filthy hallway carpets that we all spread germs to & from our rooms. Can't post what I know without repercussions. I live here. I have been harassed, kept from joining resident activities , served rotten food,as well as under cooked and burnt. Probably there are more health code violations. Though, I am great full for having a place to live. I am voicing this not for myself, but for the residents who are not getting the respect and care they deserve. This place is known for giving $5.00 gift card for a 5 star reviews. I may be asked to move .Who knows? I fight for the unprotected, abused and neglected. Elder care is such an unrecognized problem and it keeps getting worse. read more

They advertise senior center,gym and pool.Senior center and exercise facility do not exist.The pool exist but assisted living residents are not allowed to use it. Hi! My Grandma is a resident here! First we are so GRATEFUL TO have her here! I am a social worker at a skilled nursing facility. I have toured many assisted living waiver facilities and this is the BEST one I have seen. It is CLEAN, BRIGHT & OPEN. It does NOT smell. The staff is very happy and attentive to their residents. They have many fun activities for their residents. My Grandma says the food is GREAT. I definitely recommend Wildomar Assisted Living !!! read more

I've sent numerous emails to Brandon and as well as responding to Luckys emails. But here we are 5 months later on NO Communication in regarding the missing items. My mom just moved in about two weeks ago. I am so pleased so far! Dawn is amazing! She always takes time to talk to me with, and she is so caring. The staff wants to be here, and it feels like one big family. Even the maintenance man, Danny is super caring and spent a few hours trying to help my mom with her TV. He was laughing and joking with us while doing his work. You can tell, he loves his job! So refreshing! I feel confident that my mom will be well taken care. read more

Quality of care is less than par. No one answers the phone nor looks on residents consistently. They are understaffed and since it was sold from a family owned business it has not been kept up to provide the level of services it says it has. If your elderly loved one can physically take care of themselves all the way around then its fine, but if they need more care than you might want to look elsewhere. Extremely unhappy with this facility. The only reason it is getting a 1 from me is because of it location for my siblings and family that are in the area. Needs to do some evaluating of it performance as a full care facility. read more

There are just so MANY wonderful things to say about Wildomar Senior Living!! During Covid I had to find a place for my aunt and uncle. They needed more care than I could provide and Wildomar Senior Living welcomed them with open arms!! They calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions. My Aunt and Uncle loved it! They have so many activities for them and the food is great!! It is clean, the people are kind, the staff is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and the care is phenomenal. My Father was referred to Wildomar Senior Leisure Community by The Springs in Murrieta. He was there for about a week and got sick and had to go to Inland Valley for stomach issues. The same day he was transported to the ER he was sent back to Wildomar Senior. I got a call from Wildomar Senior after he was transported to the hospital a second time; about a week later asking if I would notify them when they would be transporting him back to Wildomar Senior. When I called Dawn at Wildomar Senior to notify them he would be coming back she put me in touch with Vicki. I informed both Dawn and Vicki that we would like for my father to go back to Wildomar Senior and live out his last days with the help of hospice. Vicki gave me no help in fact she told me he couldn't return because of a medical diagnosis that he had while he was staying at Wildomar Senior. I am so displeased with them what a horrible thing to tell someone and just say "well sorry but we have been trying to get him out". Well they didn't tell me he wasn't welcome back until I told them he was coming back. I guess they expected he would just die in the hospital and it looks like that's what will happen since they won't let him back. read more

This place is wonderful! Both of my grandparents lived here for their final years and loved it! The staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We toured all of the local senior communities and this one is the real deal. They really care for their residents and the staff always seemed happy when we visited. My Mom had fallen and had to be taken to the hospital right at the start of Covid last year. They sent her to rehab, but she never bounced back. She stayed in the nursing home which was awful! They never got her out of bed and she was so isolated. Of course she wasn't able to see family because of Covid. I know it affected her and how she felt about things. We knew she would die if she stayed there. Then we were finally able to move her to Wildomar Assisted Living. They literally saved her life and my family agrees. At the beginning she did not even want to leave her room. But with the staffs constant encouragement and checking on her, she started coming out of her room. The rooms by the way are very nicely done. They are large enough for a seperate living room and bedroom with a small kitchenette. The facility is very clean and well maintained. She really enjoys the selection of food she can have and has no complaints there. She has started joining in on the activities. She says she can do as much as or little as she wants. She just loves the staff and I know they are the ones that made the transition easier for her. Her care is 5 star and she is thriving! Her health is actually better than it was when she lived at home. In fact, I don't think she would even want to go home at this point. She has made friends and Wildomar is a loving, happy place that has made her feel at home. The convenience she has such as seeing the Doctor to getting her hair done, even participating in church services has made her life so much easier! At Wildomar, she is actually getting care that is centered on her individual needs. I highly recommend  Wildomar Assisted Living! read more

I moved my mother to Wildomar Senior Assisted Living in 2010. She passed on October 5, 2017. The administration, nurses, caregivers, housekeeper and kitchen staff are all so WONDERFUL and LOVING. After my mother fell and broke her hip, we looked for an assisted living facility with an excellent reputation for providing quality and compassionate care. I have to say the staff of Wildomar Senior Assisted living exceeded our expectations. They took excellent care of my mother from the day she moved in until she passed away under hospice care almost a year later. Each person who interacted with her treated her with dignity, compassion and respect. We are so very thankful for the wonderful care they provided to my mother. The on-site activities including music and Sunday church services were an added blessing to my mom as well who looked forward to attending Sunday services each week. read more

The employees are always kind and cheerful, the place is immaculate, and the cost is reasonable. You pay for what you need, which is different than some places that charge you a set fee even if you don't use all the services. This place is absolutely amazing! We moved my mom here from another assisted living facility recently and it's like night and day in comparison. The staff here are so compassionate and great to my mom. They truly care about the people that live here and even ask us if we need anything each time they come in to check on my mom. I wish we would have known about this place sooner because everyone is so great and my mom is well taken care of.
