I had the best VBAC experience at this hospital! My 1st nurse Sheila who was called in just for me…read more, came in and created such a safe and calm environment. She explained everything and encouraged me so much as my induction process started. Then my night nurse Nycole worked overtime to keep up with my difficult baby heart beat and held my hand when I got the epidural. Then when I didn't think I could encounter better nurses Ashley and Brianna (on her 1st day training) came in like super nurses and truly made this experience unforgettable. My induction was a long process and they continued to encourage me, put me in positions to help my labor progress and made me feel so at peace. Then my final nurse Markesia (I apologize for mispelling) who helped deliver my baby was so encouraging and worked overtime to help get baby down and delivered! TOLAC to VBACs can be so stressful and discouraging but when you have nurses like the ladies above I truly had no worries at all. Thank Yall so much for what you do. I wish I could put into words how thankful I am to each of you. I hope yall know how amazing yall are!!!!!

I knew I needed to see a doctor so I agreed and proceeded to. Complete the intake paperwork which is when I was called back by the ER Nurse Brent. He was also great and explained everything while answering ALL of my questions. I then had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Coppola who was very understanding, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. While I may have only been for a simple dog bite analysis and check up, I felt like every person had MY best interests in mind. I received a brief treatment as well as prescription and explanation of next steps; however, I felt very confident and informed when leaving. I think everyone did a great job! The place had an immaculate waiting room and I received expedited treatment and services which was a pleasant surprise that left me with a feeling of having a great overall experience! I would definitely recommend this location and all of the staff I had interactions with, as they were very informative and were happy to answer any questions I had (a lot). I will be visiting this location in the future if and when the need arises! Thank you for the excellent experience and service!

I see a lot of negative reviews, and all I can say is, don't check in here and expect a 3-5 day stay. prepare for 10 days, as that is standard. Other than that, anytime I had an issue with another patient, my medication, or if I was in pain, it was PROMPTLY handled right then and there. I was treated with the upmost dignity and respect by all staff and nurses. I even had fun banter with most of the techs and therapists I had! I went in very reclusive and a bit scared, and by day 3, I was a pro and laughing and socializing as normal. I felt good and cared for. Nurse Chris, Nurse Constance, Tech Javier, Tech Sara and Tech Henry (Trey) were my all time favs and made my stay warm, welcome, and they treated me like a human being, not just a patient. Therapists Brittany, Jordan, and Nitin changed my life for the better in more ways then one. I can't thank them enough. and Dr. Khan heard my concerns and prescribed me medications that WORK with me and my lifestyle. (wells unit was the best!) My only gripe is the discharge. I feel as though they need to make absolutely SURE that the doctor you are going to see for outpatient has made an appointment for you before you are discharged, because the doctor I was going to see through them wasn't taking anymore new patients! :( Other then that, while I hope I never see them again (haha) I wish them all the best and I owe them a ton! Over the course of several weeks, I made multiple attempts to follow up through email, phone calls, and voicemails regarding placement information and next steps. While I understand people can become busy, the level of communication I experienced felt unprofessional and dismissive from a prospective intern's perspective. On one occasion, Helen P. briefly answered my call and stated she would respond to my email the following week because then wasn't a good time, but I never received a follow-up. After continued attempts to communicate, I still received little to no response. As someone pursuing clinical training opportunities, I believe professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication are incredibly important. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave a positive first impression, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Carrollton Springs to prospective interns or practicum students seeking a supportive and communicative placement site.

So reluctantly, I made an online appointment to visit Texas Breeze. I arrived on time, was checked in quickly and within minutes was in an exam room. Once there, I waited a good 30 minutes before a PA came to the room. They did the necessary tests and Chest X-rays. Prescriptions were sent quickly to my pharmacy of choice. Within a few days, I started to feel better and I'm thankful to the staff there for their patient care.

The doctor was short and didn't seem to care or believe what i had to say. Told me it would take 30+ min for x ray results for something that wouldn't address what was wrong anyways... so i asked if she could call me to go over it when she gets them so i didn't have to wait uncomfortably any longer. I guess that was too much to ask considering the results were uploaded in the portal signed and reviewed within 15 min and yet i never got a call and was always just put on hold immediately when i would call.... clearly my impression of the staff and doctor were pretty on point with their lack of follow up and CARE! And I have never had my blood and urine tested so frequently. It is as though a blood test and a urine test are the price of entry into the office, as well as a half hour appointment for a nurse to literally read me the results without providing further context. *I was told one of my long term medications causes tumors, I was told my hereditary disorder was caused by lifestyle... I could go on! I was set straight by specialists. **When reviewing CT scan results, the tech went over my symptoms as recorded by this office, and they were nearly *opposite* of what I had described to the nurse.

I've called everyone I could think of and written our doctor without receiving any explanation. Apparently, at some point our "wellness visit" became an "office visit" without us being advised that charges were being incurred. I don't mind paying for something but I do want to be able to make that decision myself whether I want the additional services rather than having them surprise me with the bill weeks later. I've reached out to the doctor, office manager, patient relations and anyone else I could think of. I've been told by some of the agents that this is the NUMBER ONE complaint that they get but that the executives just ignore the pleas of the agents so the executives can increase their revenues. How sad is it that this large company that provides services to the elderly are bilking seniors just to increase their profits. I've sought help and can't even get a return phone call from anyone. Surely, I'm not the only one with this horrific experience. My next contact is going to be with the Attorney General's office, Consumer Protection division. Maybe they can help fix this injustice.

I have had many health issues and over three years, they have not addressed any. I will no longer go to this office.
