I made an appointment on their website and someone called me to get my insurance information and confirm my appointment. The next day, I got multiple calls and text messages from their office saying that they need to collect my insurance information. I wasn't able to answer right away and they kept calling over and over and leaving different messages, including one message that said my appointment was being canceled because my drivers license is expired (it isn't). I called them again and they confirmed my insurance is valid. Went in for the appointment and the receptionist tries to get me to "Self pay" and says I don't have valid insurance. Had to provide the insurance a 3rd time before they finally acknowledged it. I got as far as seeing the medical assistant. I showed her my most recent MRI and a stack of medical records going back 2 years. She quickly told me that the doctor wasn't going to be able to help me and I left. Never saw the doctor. Also their office is full of red flags, like advertisements for laser hair removal, ketamine injections, Regenexx ads all over the place (which is not a proven treatment and is experimental at best), something called the O-shot for woman sexual improvement. Spare yourself the pain and frustration of doing business with this practice. The office staff is highly incompetent. They were given insurance cards at check in and lost them. I called several times after seeing the doctor for my 91 year old mother to get the next steps done for her epidural and they never call back or respond to the cardiologist office who also contacted them. But they called, texted and left a voice mail when they needed the insurance information yet could not call me back about the patients needs of getting the epidural moved forward. Terrible office staff and unfortunately I will take my mother somewhere else because I will not deal with the terrible, disorganized and lack of help in the office. read more

Having moved from California to Texas, I was really surprised not one pain management doctor would prescribe the same two medications I have been on for several years. Dr Mohan explained the cultural differences as to why, but offered the most help of any of the three pain management doctors I saw. He treated me as an individual and made suggestions on ways to manage the changes to my pain regimen. I have confidence in his skills and appreciate the professionalism of his staff. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They overdosed me on fentynal to sedate me. They had their office assistant administer an almost lethal dose of fentynal because she didnt understand the directions. Dr. Mohan himself admited she was not qualified to administer. I asked for the prodedural documentation in which they complelty falsified the report. When it was all over they took me outside " to get fresh air" as they shoved me in a transporting car. I was not even able to comprehend what was going on. Been dealing with lower back pain issues for last few months. Tried the typical muscle relaxers, pain pills, chiro and nothing was helping. I couldn't bear it anymore so called Dr Mohan yesterday. They were able to get me in for an injection the same day. Woke up day later and pain is completely gone. Wow, cannot thank Dr. Mohan and his amazing staff enough. Highly recommend! read more

My mother had been going here for months. They constantly mistake her appointments for something other than it is or they don't have her appointment on file at all. But you Karen S. are so mistaken about Dr. Mohan. HE WOULD NEVER FORCE A PROCEDURE /REGENERATE ON YOU OR ANYONE! That is your decision to make not the Doctors. He just gives you his opinion of what he thinks is best for you. Maybe you need to start speaking up if you don't understand. Dr. Mohan (at least for me) is very hard to understand. You need to ask him questions. If you don't understand what he's saying than ask one of the girls that's always with him, that's what I do. I also can't believe that he wouldn't help you walk. It may be a policy he has. Again, I would have asked one of the girls. Also you found out a women in the office wrote the reviews for patients. Who told you this? Aren't you just spreading untrue rumors. Shame on you for doing this. Dr. Mohan is a good Dr. But it sounds like you were not a very good patient. Maybe, if you're really not happy you should find another Dr. But you will not find one better. In fact I think Dr. Mohan is a great Doctor who has help me greatly for the past two years or more!! I'm saving up for the Regenerate. I think that's the best choice for me. I just got a shot in my hip with just a local. It was fine. He explained step-by-step what he was doing so I understood what was happening. I had a great experience and the procedure was an easy one. I waited 10 minutes in his office and then drove home. The woman who wrote the review saying they made her mother appointment's for treatments not meant for her. Its absolutely true. They did the same thing to me. They even left me a voicemail for a treatment in another city. They claim is was a new person that did that. That's a pretty big mistake. It was a treatment for a sedation injection and told me to have a driver. I've never agreed to this procedure. I chose this doctor based on his reviews. Then I found out a woman in the office made patients do the reviews as she wrote them and and starred them. Made the patients do them. I can you you after seeing pain management doctors for almost 20years. This is absolute worst experience i have ever had in my life. Shame on this doctor for using the term pain management in his practice name. I have never been in so much pain in my life. I literally cry daily and scream out as I try to walk. I've passed out at Wal Mart from trying to walk without my cane. The pain was too much. I have severe degenerate Arthritis in most every joint. I cant work most days because the pain is too much. All Dr Mohan will do is try to push his PRP injections or Stem cell treatment on me. For one, I cant afford them. They start from 2700.000 to 5,000.00 a treatment, but which joint are we going to do? The treatment last for a couple of years. I am just not a candidate those at all with so many joints at issue. He wont take no for an answer. He flat told me hip replacement was way too dangerous and causes blood clots. They is ZERO risk for his treatments. I bet it doesn't say that on his consent forms. When I ask him to please help me so I can walk and work and not scream and cry daily he just turns his head and says. This PRP is your only choice. I do have pain pills. They do not work well after 20 years. I just cant believe this doctor who took an oath doesn't care about his patients quality of life. He only cares about his PRP clinic and $$$$$$$$.
