We had one of those "run for the hills" moments when we visited this store recently. Do not expect much from this store! We went looking for Tuxedos and expected to be introduced to the process of scheduling our parties measurements and to learn about the general process to select the tuxedos (all of the above). This is our first time being married so we are new to the process. When we arrived we waited for about 20minutes to be helped which was ok. We understood that there was a person in front of us. However when it was our turn to engage in the process, we were handed iPads with no explanation to put our information in and we were asked "what do you want". I presume this question was in regard to our tuxedos styles. When I asked what were the options, the gentlemen pointed to a rack of items near the register and we were told "this is all we have". I'm actually not sure what was on the rack because it wasn't organized or looked like a bunch of frazzled material thrown in a corner. We decided to leave after that experience and will not return. We were also told the rental would be $250 which I thought was outrageous for the customer service experience that we had. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience, I'd highly suggest not going to this store! We visited another suit store (no affiliated with Men's Wearhouse) and immediately were met with grace, excitement and were offered a way better price for tuxedos that we can actually own. This other place scheduled us for consultation and we will purchase there! I gave this store rating one stars. I was because able to find a nice shirt for cheap on the clearance rack while I was waiting but that was my only joy. I won't be back to this store! read more

We unfortunately did not have the best experience here. We had an appointment for my fiancé to pick out suits for the wedding. When we walked in, we just got weird looks from the staff. When we went up to them and told them we had an appointment, they seemed confused. The employee who helped us didn't really guide us at all, and he just showed us some pictures and asked what we wanted to pick. We were hoping to get help with fit, color, etc. but we felt uncomfortable and unwanted in the store the entire time. The employee seemed very unenthusiastic during our visit, and we ended up leaving and not making a decision not long after getting there. I'm not sure if all of these locations are like this, but we're going to maybe give it another try at one of their Philadelphia locations when my fiancé goes backs home for Christmas. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I would leave a zero rating if I could , went In so my brother could get fitted for my wedding . STEVEN was so incredibly rude it was shocking , it was like he was trying to start a fight , we have never had such an awful uncomfortable experience before . Went in for groom's, groomsmen and a suit for my brother who is my something blue. We had a mix of rentals and buys and John and the team were absolutely amazing for both. I cannot sing their praises enough. He helped us locked down colors and suggested the perfect ties to tie in my brother's blue suit into the grooms maroon suit. The customer service is awful, you can tell the manager does not care about the customer and does not want to be there. If he hates his job so much maybe go into a different line of work, one where you do not have to interact with people. Highly advise anyone looking to rent/buy to go anywhere else. read more

My boyfriend needed a tuxedo for an event and when we met the man helping us he immediately was very rude. when we asked him if could rent a tuxedo we found on their website he passive aggressively asked he we knew it was a tuxedo. when my boyfriend went to try on the style, we weren't so sure about it instead of helping he was inattentive and gave no suggestions and walked into the back and never came back. after 20 minutes of asking around and not getting any help, we left. horrible customer service and poor quality rentals. read more

Had a great experience with this location. I have been stressed for weeks trying to figure out a suit for my wedding and the wedding date has just been getting closer and closer so the stress has piled up. I went in to get fitted for a custom suit and there were only a few options that they could get here in time for the big day. I had a gentleman here point out that they had some suits in stock in the color I wanted that might work. I didn't get the guys name but he had long black curly hair and was extremely helpful with everything I needed. Long story short he helped me find exactly what I needed and now I'm ready for my big day thanks to this fellas help. I also got what I wanted at an extraordinary price. Paid under $400 when I expected it to be more around $1000. Theses guys and gals are life savers over here. Thanks to my guy I have what I need and the stress of finding it is gone. The lady who tried to push me out the door with an incorrect size wedding rental was extremely rude. Tried to get me to take home a shirt that I had tried on that was much too small. She was rude to me when I asked if I should leave the shirt that did not fit. And told me that because the sizes were incorrect (like every garment of every groomsman) that I was putting a lot of work on their tailor. I will be making my best effort to not return. My boyfriend and I came here last minute during a long layover for a suit for a funeral. Katie took us under her wing and had him fitted for a three-piece suit, with little legwork on our part. With only three hours before closing, she rushed it to the tailor at another location and returned it to us, steamed and ready to wear. She also hooked us up with some discounts! No help until the workers went to help another guest and then wanted to ask me if I needed help. I purchased a suit in AZ while there on business and they shipped it to this location for me. Since I did not spend money inside this location I got treated very poorly. They refused to give me a garment bag to put my $500 purchase in, stating they were fresh out of them with a sarcastic smile. My husband needed a suit in 4 days. We came in and were treated very kindly and professionally. The manger was wonderful with an eye toward style and price, which we really appreciated. He gave us choices but really did a nice job offering things he thought would look good on my husband. VERY knowledgeable about the brand...experts in their field. My son is getting married and they spent the necessary time with us to determine our needs. I'm really sorry to read Warren's review, because I am a regular patron there and four or five times specifically I can say that I have received exemplary service. Every single question I had was answered, and by different staff on some visits. They were exceedingly patient with me, even when I tried on 7 different pairs of shoes to get the right fit, I never got looks or rolling eyes or attitude. Warren, I hope you will bring what happened to you to a manager's attention and give them another chance. They have had some staff changes so maybe that won't happen again when you go back. Regardless, I will print out your review and bring it to their attention so they can answer it and be accountable. They just really seem to care when I go there. I hope you have better luck next time or wherever you go. UPDATE: I just went again this morning with your review printed out and they said they knew who you were and that you had called corporate (good for you), but were profoundly nasty to everybody you talked to (not good for you or them if that is true). Normally I side with and support other consumers because it's true good service is really hard to find these days, and Aurora where this store is located and where I live often does have bad service elsewhere at restaurants and stores, but those people ARE really living up to the store's promise to everything I can see. WenT to buy my son a suit for job interviews. Granted, he is hard to fit. We were shown first a suit for $699 , alterations would be another $50-$100. i pulled out a suit for $450, one of the less expensive. It did not look great, though I figured it would do, if the pants were shortened and the pants taken in at the thigh, the arms were shortened and the back fitted....oh, what a bargain, for an extra $100 we would be able to buy another suit during the special promotion! We decided to check Macy's across the street. Found a stylish suit on sale for $270, the alteration to get the arms shortened will be $15. And, to our delight, we found a gret looking blue blazer reduced from $250 to $129! So we got one for my son and one for my husband! read more

I am a savvy shopper and I always get a good deal at the Men's Warehouse. I always ask for "Nate" when I go to the Aurora store as he takes care of me, not that anyone else wouldn't, but I like his style and personality. Nate took care of me when I had my wedding (he was at the cherry creek store at that time) I was fitted in the cherry creek store in Denver and my wedding was in Boston, there were no problems. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Every-time I walk in I'm always greeting with a smile and friendly service. I do have to say that the cherry creek store is a little presumptuous but I still get the service I need. P.S. You cant beat the free suit pressings anywhere in the country. read more

We had previously visited another location and did not have a good experience. We have an untraditional situation and needed some extra help navigating the suit world! We decided to give them another try and go to a different location. When we got to this Aurora location we were immediately greeted by Jesse and he attentively helped us the ENTIRE time, answering all our questions and helping us find the right suite/style/fit... he was positive for us even when we felt discouraged and ensured us he would help us find the perfect suite. We appreciated his standard of customer service and will be purchasing from this store based on our experience with him. Is it possible to give zero stars? This store completely ruined the tuxedo order we had for the groom and groomsmen in our wedding. My father's came in the same color as the groomsmen, they messed up sizes and were inattentive to the changes we tried to make in store. They insisted they fixed everything but day of the wedding, nothing was fixed! My father still never got a refund for his ill-fitting grey tux when it should have been black, and he went in for measurements. My brother, one of the groomsmen, had one sleeve longer than the other? How is that even possible? They avoided our calls and ignored our complaints with no effort whatsoever of making it right. They are an embarrassment to the term "customer service". read more

Best Men's Wearhouse I've ever been to! Was greeted as soon as I came in and in work clothes but that didn't matter to them I was treated with such a kindness I knew I went to the right store. Needed to get a suit tailored and they took my measurements and priced me out within 15 minutes! They asked if it was ok to have the suit ready by the 9th of January but I told them I needed it for a New Years Eve (1 week away) they rushed the order and even waived the rush fee for me. Then to top it off I got an email that it was ready the next day! Safe to say this will be the ONLY Men's Wearhouse I go to from now on! read more

I have never been to the Men's Warehouse chain before. I have to say that I will never go again. First of all the commercials they play on TV doesn't reflect the actual philosophy of the store. You expect to go in and be able to buy a reasonably priced suit. I walked in and the first sales guy didn't even want to talk with me. The next guy thought he had a silver spoon stuck in his ass and thought he was beyond dealing with me. I asked to see what pin stripped suits they have. He only showed me the six hundred dollar suit that was actually not very good. I asked if he had any others and he said no. Then after trying a couple others that were bad I said "I seen on your website that you have a NewYork brand for three hundred". He looked a t me and then handed me the suit. After that he walked away and didn't say anything else except when I said I wanted to look around for a matching shirt he said "we are not animals we bring our shirts to our customers". Well Mr. prissy. First of all you are a salesman not a multi billionaire and second, how about I bring my fist to your teeth? Well I thought it anyway. So I just left and bought elsewhere. There are many other places that sell suits that treat you like a human being and also don't have "used car style" sales people. Since my visit I have asked others of their experience with this chain and so far everyone has said that they are overpriced and pushy. I spent over $10,000 on our wedding. It's one of the most important days of my life and Men's Warehouse almost ruined that day. I've never wrote a bad review for anything but this. Please listen to what I'm saying if you are considering using them. I really wish I would have read a review on them before I went through this. I rented my tux for my wedding from this location. I had five groomsmen and two were coming in from out of state so I chose Men's Warehouse because they have nation-wide location. I previously rented from locally based establishments and felt great about the way I looked. This wasn't my first experience. I went to pick up my tux for my wedding on the Thursday before my wedding. When I got there I put it on and was shocked at how huge the shirt was in the body and how oddly short the arms were. Then I put the pants on and the crotch of the pants was closer to my knees than my crotch. It was very clown-like. I informed the salesman of my dissatisfaction. He said "that's how it was supposed to fit." Long story short, after talking to three different associates I had everyone in my wedding party take back their tuxes and ended up buying suits. They refunded me the money but it doesn't matter. The day before my wedding had zero time scheduled in to go buy suits. The fit on the tuxes, the pants and the shirts was terrible. The sales people acted like we didn't know what we were talking about even after I showed them that the shirt they provided wrapped around me 1 and a half times. Either they were complete liars or completely ignorant. Either way I can't express with words how frustrating this was. I don't know where but go somewhere else. read more

I am sorry to say that I cannot provide the kind of upbeat review that Michael gave last year. Spent $120 for a rental as part of a wedding party. Came in a day early just after they opened and frankly it did not come close to fitting well. They could not get a replacement size in time for the wedding the next afternoon. The sales clerk was surly, essentially saying that after all it was just a rental. A year earlier I had rented a tux (for less money) at a competitor (at a store in the Cherry Creek neighborhood), and came away feeling like a million dollars. What I got from Men's Wearhouse made me feel I should look for a cardboard sign and look for a good corner to stand on. read more

Ok, men's warehouse...hm...it's even worse than walmart and target. We rented ONE tuxedo for the wedding, and the girl took the measurments and ASSURED us the pants will be not as wide as my husbund tried. We came 2 days before the wedding to pick it up, and once he tried it on it was looking HIDEOUS, he looked like a clown. The crotch was sitting at his knees and the shit was so wide he looked like a batman with wings. The coat looked hideous as well, you can obviously see the steches were not even. But the pants....i can't get over them, you could've fit 3 more of him there (width wise), the waist was fine, but the associate was like oh, you can pull them up, so the crotch will be fine, yeah? really? don't you think it will make the pants almoust to his knees? i almoust slapped them in the face, but there were like, oh, it's only the rental, so?? he suppose to look like a clown on his wedding day? Discussting place. We went across the street do Dillards and bought an awesome suit for him for 275$ (without the shirt), but it looked perfect on him, and money wise, the rental was 150$, so spending another 125 is worse it. You can get a decent shirt at tj maxx for 20$. But the stress they put on people, buying a suit 2 days before the wedding is a complete non sense. Unless you want to look like a clown go there, but i would suggest to buy a suit or tux at a decent price and just have it in the closet, and if something by accident fits you in men's warehouse you can return a suit, but I would not reccomend to anyone to go there. read more

The Men's Warehouse maybe has the idea that they are the only game in town. The whole experience to me could easily be forgotten, or replaced by Snarfs sandwich shop which gave us better service. The employees there gave the impression that they didn't enjoy their line of work. The real cake topper is that they received all of my groomsman's suits but not mine, which was dated for some random date in October...To me there were several red flaxen this situation but nonetheless I'm married now so it's done. I just will not be referring this shop to anyone in need of formal wear services. read more

I wanted an item that was not in stock, so I was told it would be ordered and would be there within the week. They charged me for the item and told me they would call when it was in. 2 weeks went by without a call. When I called to ask if it had come in I was told that they had forgotten to order it and I would have to wait another week. They were very unapologetic about their mistake. read more

Good store, I recommend shopping here. Customer service is good and they give personal attention to customers. I went in and the salesman spent at least an hour with me helping to try on suits and the like. The next night the manager gave me a discount on some shirts for being a returning customer.
