Went to here to have some heels replaced on my dress shoes. And they did a fantastic job. The owner is super friendly. I would definitely go here. The only problem is it took a long time for my shoes ; took a couple weeks. And it was 40 bucks but I don't know if that's cheap or not but it's a good place. read more

June is completly unprofessional and extremely rude, brought 7 expensive items (Paid $270 for light modifications) in to get altered and she lost one pair of my shorts and never called. When I went back 2 months later because the shorts she altered did not actually get altered she threw a fit and screamed at me that I must have got the shorts altered somewhere else and I would need to repay 40 dollars to get them correctly done. June has done alterations for me in the past and they were done well. This time however, she did a horrible job. The vintage skirt she tailored for me still doesn't fit in the waist and she tore seams in the front to make it larger. She said she could not fix it today but said if she ironed it, it would be okay. Additionally, jumpsuit she altered was too tight under the arms but she was able to fix that issue. When I told her I was very unhappy she started yelling at me. I asked for my money back for the skirt since I need to take it elsewhere to have it tailored properly. She said "no" and then called someone and while she was on the phone, told me "to stay there". I'm not sure what she was up to but obviously I left since she is a bully and con-artist. She clearly rips people off and doesn't care about the quality of her work. Beware: she acts overly nice but now I know, if you aren't a happy customer, she turns angry and threatening. read more

The lady that owns this facility is very shady and dishonest! She lost 3 pairs of pants I left to be hemmed. She found them two weeks after I dropped them off and hemmed them wrong. She insisted she hemmed them correct (they were an inch too long). No refund. I overplayed her and she did not make the situation right! Very shady! Run from this place! Lone Tree Cleaners (across from Sam's Club) made it right and are excellent! read more

Sometimes you need to hold on to comfortable shoes and I had a couple pair of shoes fixed here very nicely. The price is reasonable and the owner is so friendly and did a really good job each time. I have tried to love this place. I recently had alterations and zipper replacements done. On one piece, they didn't even attach the part of the zipper that zips, on another they put some cheapo plastic zipper that busted immediately. On top of that, they are outrageously expensive for the shoddy work they do. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I had an old jean jacket that was in desperate need of repair and decided to try this place as it was relatively close to my home. I had been wearing this jacket for more than 16 years and it had some noticeable wear / holes on the collar and ground in grime around the elbow areas. June, a lovely lady and the owner, replaced the collar and cleaned the jacket removing all the grime that had accumulated over the years. Very fast and friendly! I was in a hurry to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed but I didn't have time to physically drop it off or get measured.
