I have been here too many times in the past month. The best thing to come out of this location is the clearance section. My husband walked away with $4.99 pants, $9.99 jackets. And the most he spent on an item was maybe $18? To rent here for something other than a wedding or prom is really pricey. Over $200 for a day out at an event, even after a discount is a lot. Sometimes you want to wear something that's a pop of color or not in your closet. But I guess that's how they need to stay in business read more

Not to be confused with the Men's Wh*rehouse, which is something different entirely. You might want to go to Nevada for that anyway. We find Men's Warehouse to be too expensive. It seems that lately Barbi has been looking to buy me a suit or two, probably because I've had to borrow them the last few times I needed one, and I don't really have any at all. I liked some of the ones here, but they're just on the pricey side. Of course they're in the Lakeline Mall, and we didn't really want to pay Mall prices. You expect Mall prices from suits inside a Mall, so no complaints really. They're not bad though and service is really nice, so we just might give it a good rating. read more

I have usually gone to the Men's Warehouse at La Frontera in Round Rock, but was in the area and I prefer the sizing availability of the shirts. This store does not deserve any business. They chat like teenage girls and have the nerve to gossip about customers they are "helping". I did not purchase anything, because of simply witnessing multiple occurrences of them being rude and making fun of other customers, who I'm assuming were teenagers simply picking up Prom suits. I guess the older gentleman who acted like the leader of the pack is the manager, but I no longer care to know. read more

Store Manager Rey Garza was completely unprofessional and inept in his role. Multiple issues arose when ordering a custom suit for my wedding and the rentals for the groomsmen. Rey would hide and not address issues not wanting to speak with me directly, ultimately leading to one worst customer experiences. He even tried refusing to sell my own suit for my wedding a week before the ceremony. Do not trust this store nor Men's Wearhouse as whole with one of you most important events of your life. Men's Wearhouse and Tailored Brands should strive to people with professionalism and courtesy in managerial roles. Not cowardice. read more

I had purchased a suit on 6/11 with the only intention that my alterations would be completed by the following Friday, 6/17 as I needed the suit for a work meeting that is out of town. The representative told me to pick up the suit any time after 6pm. I live 45 minutes from the store and went to pick up my suit at about 8pm on the 17th. The suit was not completed. I spoke with the Manager, Teo who informed me that the sales representative put the suit in the wrong spot, so the alterations weren't complete. He told me he could give me the jacket (no alterations needed). What am I going to do with a jacket and no pants? Teo told me that he was working the following morning and that he would be sure that the seamstress would complete my suit alterations and he would call me by 2pm. 230pm rolls around and no call. I picked up the phone and called, Teo answers the phone and advises me that "they were slammed". My suit is not done. At no point was there an apology made. Teo offered to make it right the night before, but didn't follow through. The only thing they were able to do quickly was give me a refund. I am now in a rough position as I do not have a suit for the event. Thanks so much! I would not recommend shopping at this store as they couldn't hold to their commitments. Customer service is poor and the store lacking process. read more

I dropped of my custom made suit purchased from MW for final fitting for my wedding this weekend 5/23. I work offshore and was going to be picking it up when I got home. Due to COVID-19 they shutdown the store without notifying anyone who had items to be picked up that the store would be closing when they did so arrangements to pickup could be made. Now, the national customer service is giving me the run around saying they dont know when any Austin locations will be opening back up and that they are following local guidelines for re-opening. Almost all other menswear stores in the Austin are currently open. I get the need to be cautious for their employees and customers but with every other store open it does not make sense. I will not be shopping with Men's Warehouse again. They are single handily ruining my wedding essentially holding my suit hostage, only reason it was purchased. read more

My husband and I used Men's Wearhouse for attire for our bridal party. We had a pretty large party that spanned multiple states, and so it made sense to work with a company with locations all over the country. This worked out very well for us with bridal party members able to visit locations convenient to them for fittings and pickups/dropoffs of rentals. Due to the large number of members in our bridal party, we even received credit for a free suit that my husband was able to claim after the wedding. My younger son needed to rent a tux for prom, and decided to go to men's wearhouse instead of Al's formal wear. He went in to get sized, was originally quoted roughly $125. He was hurried through the sizing process, then went to pay his down payment only to be told it would now be $240 for the rental. When he went to pick up the suit, his 25 year old brother went along with him. As soon as they walked in the store, they were asked what they wanted, to which my older son replied that they were there to pick up my younger sons suit. That's when the harassing started. The "manager" replied sarcastically to him with, "What are you? His bodyguard? " and just kept on from there. And it wasn't just the manager. All of the employees stood around and kept making rude comments, laughing and didn't bother to do their jobs and help my younger son with making sure the suit fit. So when my older son got up to go check in on how the fitting was going, all of a sudden the manager went running past him and actually pushed him aside, but still didn't offer any assistance for my younger son, making sure the suit fit properly. By the time he was done, they both were so uncomfortable that they just wanted to leave. But when they got up to the register to pay, the cashier was equally rude and condescending, making comments about the clothes my son had on, I guess because he wasn't dressed formally? Jeans and t-shirts are worthy of nasty comments? I don't get it. It's unprofessional for any business, especially a Manger of said business, to treat paying customers like garbage. But it's also extremely aggravating that for the amount of money these kids shell out for renting a suit for one night that they should be treated so disrespectfuly. We've purchased suits from Men's Wearhouse in the past when my older son was graduating from high school and again when he graduated from college, as well as buying clothing for my dad and brothers, and dealt with nicer individuals. But the people that work there now have made it quite apparent they don't care that they're trashing the company's name. And unfortunately, it wasn't an isolated incident with my 2 kids, since there were 3 other young men who rented a tux from the same location and were treated just as poorly, one of who's suit was sent to the wrong location, and when it finally got delivered, they refused to fix the hems, so he went to prom with pants that weren't fitted properly. My advice is don't waste your money. There are plenty of other good men's clothing stores where you're not going to pay as much and definitely not be treated like trash. I guess MW is doing so well coming out of this pandemic that they can afford to be rude to their customers., or just plain and simply not do what they're getting paid to do. read more

We are paying nearing 300 dollars to RENT a suit. We were assured that the cost was around $125 and then after they screwed up and forgot to add a jacket to our order. So we have to all go back and get re-fitted for the jacket. Then that jacked up the prices and more than doubled the cost after we had all our measurements and were told it was a low 100s price. How the heck do you except me to pay nearly 300 dollars because you messed up, I could buy a better tuxedo for less. read more

I wish I could review zero stars. I've never been in a place with such terrible customer service. We were waiting to pay for our stuff for a good 15 minutes and not one employee said anything. They completely ignored us. We were stuck in line behind one person trying to find the "right bowtie." There was 5 people at the counter and not one "We'll get to yall shortly," or "hey sorry for the wait," I mean, they didn't even dare to look at us for the 15 minutes. THE MANAGER WAS AT THE FRONT DESK and it wasn't until some random guy clocked in for his shift when the manager asked him to check our stuff out (which was a single item btw). The guy didn't even ask us for a bag then walked away, and when we had to ask him for one, he didn't even know where they were. He stuffed the vest in the bag and left. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. I will never go here again. Al's formal wear in the same mall is so much better and the ladies there are super nice and welcoming and if you think about getting formal clothes go there. read more

I was immediately greeted by Blake upon my arrival; I was looking for a sharp black suit for an interview. Blake made some suggestions, I tried on a handful of pants and jackets, and he got me set up with a fantastic suit. With the buy one get one deal I also scored a sweet grey suit. Blake was not pushy or salesman like and really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Needless to say, after some tailoring and a journey to Dallas for my interview, I got the job! Thanks Blake and the Men's Wearhouse team for the stellar customer service and instilling the confidence in me with my appearance. You only get one first impression! Later on, I was having some difficulties with my black pants. Dave Wilson, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. You've earned a customer for life! I've shopped here before and had 2 suits from here for my girlfriend's uncle's wedding. They were fit and good. Second time I come back to get 2 pants done for business. When I came they didn't have my size and that it needs to be ordered. That's fine. Waited a few days and pants came in the mail. When I took it in to the Lakeline location and get it fitted, they said to sit on the chair and wait. I waited. And watched as people who came after me got theirs done and gone and even the guy came WAY after got his fitting done. I had waited a good 42 minutes and had to get up and ASK THEM if I would be taken up. Seriously! If I hadn't get up and ask to get fitted I would of sat there for a good hour. Not even sure if this is worth it. I'm returning the pants and go elsewhere. read more

I came into this store in January to pick tuxes for my wedding. I initially had a good experience with Ashton who helped us choose our wedding party looks and design a custom tux for my fiancé. Everything seemed fine and he had asked the manager (who I was told was his father) to look over the order and we were brushed off and told "it'll be fine". When we came to pick up the custom tux, which was about $500, it was ordered incorrectly. I was getting worried at this point because our wedding is in another state and I had planned to take the tux to the destination shortly after we picked it up. I had voiced my concerns to the manager and was met with attitude. I was able to get this resolved with customer service and they were very helpful. Today I went to go pick up my tuxes that were order in Texas but picked up in Cheyenne WY. When I arrived, I looked to make sure the tuxes were correct and unfortunately Men's Wearhouse had messed up again. I am now 3 days away from the wedding and without ties or pocket square for my groomsmen. The manager of the Wyoming store, Robert, was extremely apologetic and helpful and we were able to find ties that will hopefully match. I also reached out to customer service and they will be sending other options for me. Bottom line, the manager of this store does not want to take accountability and be helpful while people are planning one of the most important days of their lives. I want to personally thank the Men's Warehouse Lakeline team in Austin, Texas for going above and beyond for our wedding. The manager, Tony was life saving in taking care of some unexpected issues that arose. Niki was incredible with putting up with our many changes and has such a great eye for mens fashion. Yo I gotta say I loathe going to the mall probably more than any other shopping experience. Mall culture is what I feel is the predecessor to the Domain culture which is the antithesis of the social behavior and consumerism that I would like to see in this world. That being said....Men's Warehouse at Lakeline Mall has been the best wardrobe purchasing experience I have ever had. Quick and personal service with zero overbearing pushiness to add things I didn't want. Never thought I would be able to have a custom made and tailored suit before and especially at such a reasonable price. Gonna be looking Madmen fly in my custom three piece for my lady on our day! Our son ordered a tux on line, it came with mis-matched slacks. We headed to the store for help, the manager blamed everything on the warehouse and refused to help. Refused saying it was the warehouse's fault. Me: "Aren't you all part of Men's Warehouse?" Manager: "No, they're separate." Well that explains why the slacks and jacket don't match, they were separated. Cheap suits, foolish store managers, no wonder same store sales are off, and they're being sued by investors. After several disappointing stops elsewhere, I finally found a place that employs competent, customer service oriented professionals. Dave the manager and Mike the salesperson were as good as it gets in any industry. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Their selection and their pricing was comparable to the other stores I visited but the customer service is what set them above the rest. Take notes, these guys are teaching classes in business acumen and integrity. It should also be noted that their turnaround time for special orders and alterations was several days quicker than I was quoted elsewhere. read more
