No matter what event it's for I try to avoid it but I have to say this was one of the most pleasant seamless experiences I've had in such a long time. The Assistant Manager Alex was super helpful and accommodating I didn't even feel as if I was in a sales environment, to be honest I was accompanying my partner who's in a wedding and had to get a rental and I ended up with a 3 piece suit and beautiful shoes! If you don't want your groom to show up like this on your wedding day, please avoid this place like the plague. My fiancé and his groomsmen rented suits from Men's Wearhouse for the convenience of being able to get measured and pick up the items from different locations. And it was the worst mistake we made for our wedding. Three days before the wedding, his best man's suit arrived at least three full sizes too big. Then my fiancé's suit arrived, it was so tight he couldn't put it on. He had to go back to the store three times, amidst all the last minute wedding prep, and this is how he had to show up on our wedding day. Needless to say, a great number of our wedding photos are going to the garbage can because of this embarrassingly ill fitting suit. And just in case you are thinking it could be because of his weight--he is NOT overweight, and the second picture is how he looks in clothes that fit. My recent experience renting a tux with Men's Warehouse was absolutely awful! I was the best man in my brother's wedding, a wedding over an hour and a half from my closest Men's Warehouse (Lawrenceville NJ). Because the warehouse doesn't deliver the tux until 2 days before the wedding, I had to delay my plans to help prep for the wedding for a day and a half. Then the tux was a whole day LATE, and I needed to leave. I am fortunate enough to have family in the area who graciously picked it up for me, the afternoon before the wedding. I had no time to try on the suit or get alterations (thank god they weren't bad at measuring me). No one should have to stress picking up a rental like this, I am still upset about my experience and pray never to be asked to rent from here again. No rental is worth over $200, especially when you add in unnecessary stress. read more

I received a gift from my daughter, a jacket bought at men's warehouse. I received this jacket in August, when the weather was very warm. No need for a jacket. I did try on this jacket when received. It fit well except for the sleeves. which were about 2" too long. I waited until the weather finally got cool, and took this jacket to men's warehouse in Deptford n J for alterations on the sleeves. The salesperson asked when was it purchased and I said back in early August. He then said that the jacket had to be dry-cleaned before they would do the alterations. I explained that the jacket was new and never worn! he said this was the policy since COVID-19. I asked to speak with the mgr. she also stated that this was their policy!!! no one in that store had a mask on, but yet they are concerned about a new jacket???? they wasted my time and my gasoline to go there. Not only the guy who assisted me couldn't put two words together about your shoes, but when I noticed that lacing was done different on the two shoes I picked, he took the shoes "to the back and got them relaced". My husband and I used men's warehouse in cherry hill for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff there was incredibly helpful and helped us pick a custom suit for Ethan and rented suits for the groomsmen. We knew what we wanted Ethan to look like but the staff was instrumental in creating a look for the groomsmen that complimented what Ethan was wearing. The customer service was outstanding I will definitely be going there exclusively from now on. I went to this location to get a suit for my brothers wedding. From the first walk in the door, I was greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman named Kurt. He easily found my suit and had me try different sizes for the perfect fit. He expertly marked my suit for tailoring, making sure to get precise measurements. When I got my suit back, it fit like a custom made 3 piece. I couldn't be happier with the result. Then the groom had a tie mishap... so I went back to MW to get a new tie. The cherry hill and other south jersey locations did not have this tie in stock, but Ian went above and beyond to secure the right tie that my brother, the groom, so desperately wanted. Both Kurt and Ian were shining examples of professionalism and honesty. I thanked them in person, but I hope they are reading this so I can thank them again. Thanks guys!! read more

This review is primarily for the Tuxedo Rental service. So a friend had asked me to be a groomsman in his wedding. He selected his outfit online and sent invitations to all of us that would be involved to go in and get measured. One guy was in California, I was here in NJ, and the rest were in other areas of Pennsylvania. No one went to the same store. I was helped by Delisia, who quickly found my wedding party, reviewed what I was getting, get out a 'test tux; for me to try, tweaked up my measurements, and sent me off with a pick up receipt in about 15 minutes. Two days before the wedding I returned, picked up my tux, and headed off. On the wedding day, the tuxes all matched perfectly, fit fine, and everyone was happy. Quite a service they provide. The only downside is the tux has to be returned the next day, which, after a good wedding, can be a painful chore. But the return process took literally all of two minutes, so tolerable even with post wedding hangover! read more

Went to get the tuxes selected for the gents in our wedding and Kelsey did an awesome job helping coordinate a good look for the groomsmen. I already purchased my tux prior to going in but she helped me select one that would look good next to mine. She also found a tie in the store that matched perfectly with a color in the bridesmaid's dresses and hunted others down in their warehouse since there weren't enough in the store. She called us right after we left so we could come back and pay for them on a sale price before it ended that day. It helps to futz around on their website before you go in to save you some time because they can get slammed in there on the weekends. read more

I haven't even received my suit yet, but had such a good experience getting fitted that I had to write a review. It's probably not every day a woman walks into this store looking for a suit. Frank didn't bat an eye and immediately made me and my partner feel comfortable. It doesn't help that I'm also 5'3", and yet he found suits, shirts, and vests that came close to fitting, and made sure the tailor could alter them as needed. Frank spent almost 3 hours dealing with my indecisive nature. In the end, I got two suits that will look bad ass (buy one get one sale). So whoever is in charge of giving Frank a raise: you should totally give Frank a raise. Update: I picked up the suit, and the alterations were perfectly done. I was so excited that I left my shoes at the store! Frank saved me by calling me when he found them (otherwise I'd have found myself shoeless an hour before a wedding later in the day). I always go into fittings expecting the worst, so when it's a pleasant experience, it's 5-star worthy. My man Tori, an associate here, was more than helpful. He hooked up every sale they had to best match my needs and was very accommodating with the fitting. I had a concern about how my pants were set to be tailored, and I let him know. So first let me say I understand dealing with people all day. I work in physical therapy. I came in to see what color the tux and vest were going to be for my buddy's wedding in 5 weeks. I asked the woman working in the tux fitting area if she could look it up she told me i need my receipt. I only had whatever card they gave me when I got fitted and she looked at me and said I need a receipt and walked away to the front. Figured I'd ask if she could look up the name of the groom and she gave me attitude. I only got any help after I turned and said thank you I'll just go to another mens wearhouse. This review is for the store in deptford that i can't seem to find listed on here. The kid who helped seemed knowledgable but didn't listen too well. I have trouble with my shape and it's hard to find a good fit. It's hard when he's playing salesman and telling me how sharp i look and he won't listen when you say it looks and fits horrible. Suit just doesn't fit right even after tailoring. Pants are still too long and still to loose in the waist. He kept putting me in 39 waisted pant even though i'm 33 but he kept insisting that's how their sized and that's the need for alterations. Problem is the crotch is soo deep i can step up stairs without having to pull up the legs. No alterations are going to fix that. Jacket fits alright but a litlle tight. Their buy one get one for a hundred is a scam because the suits are normally sale priced for less than half that. If you only need one suit it's better to wait for their sales to adjust. Basically a waste of time and i'm out 700. I'll return the other suit because it hasn't been altered yet. They should listen and stop trying to insist their the fashion gods. My bad for being impatient and assuming they could make it right. I'll find somewhere else to go. read more

Boy, I wish I had Kurt. We went for a prom tux and the woman who waited on us was the most rude person I HAVE EVER MET. No smile, didn't want to help us, It was like she was bothered being there. I was very disappointed. When we picked up the tux for a wedding we were attending, all we were asked was if it "felt okay" with minimal attention to the actual horrid fit of the tux. When we asked further questions about the fit of the pants we were told that it is "based on waist size" with no attempts to troubleshoot or even look more closely at the tux. Needless to say when we got to the location the wedding was at we brought the tux in there and they were much more helpful providing us with ways to improve the tux fit, resizing it and actually checking the components to make sure they fit appropriately. I won't give any stars to this place. We went to get suits for my brother who is going to college. On Men's warehouse website it said they have suits for $179.99. When we got there the employee (with hearing aide- don't remember his name), showed us some pretty good but very expensive suits($600 and up). When we told him that it's out of our budget, he told us that 180$ suits are very cheap and He doesn't bother to show them to his costumers. And if we want something cheaper we should just go across the street and try them. As soon as he heard that we are not planning on spending that amount his demeanor changed and was very rude to us. We have worked with other Men's warehouse locations on several occasions. My husband shops at Men's warehouse all the time, but never had such bad customer service experience.Will definitely not recommend this location. Zero stars for customer service and manners. read more
