My son decided last minute (10 days before prom) that he was going so I felt I was never going to be able to get a tux in this short span of time. We were told we didn't need an appointment. Walked in. Store was very crowded. I was so pleasantly surprised that we were waited on immediately. They had unlimited options. Took my son's measurements. Super helpful. They gave him several different things to try on. In the end (a half hour max) we had everything ready to go. My son was able to pick the entire outfit up in 2 days. And a HUGE added bonus was the owner was at the high school the next morning from 11-12noon for me to drop tux off. That was super helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place

Then they told me my dress would be in by February and I never heard from them so I had to call them in March only to find out from myself that my dress was in. I called on a Friday and was told oh it looks like it just came in this past Monday. Yet no one called me to tell me. I was told I would receive an email shortly on when I could come in to pick up my dress and schedule for alterations. Never received that email. So I went and picked my dress up as I didn't trust them to hold it and was going to go somewhere else for alterations. Flash forward to 6 weeks before my wedding when I received a text and an email saying my dress is in and all the instructions on how to schedule for alterations that said it takes 2-3 months to have done. It's a good thing I picked up my dress on my own terms because they are so disorganized when I called to ask why I received this email the girl told me that she was cleaning up the sticky notes on the desk on who to email about dress pick up. Clearly they don't follow up with their clients or care about their brides having their dress altered on time. I would not recommend this bridal salon to anyone! I also don't believe that my dress came in when they say it did. I feel like it came in weeks before and no one ever notified me because the girl hesitated before she told me it just came in and she told me that my consultant was out. I said so that means no one else can call me. Apparently your consultant is the only person in the shop that can notify you that your dress is in. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

As a result of his experience, customer service and energetic personality he assisted me in getting a proper suit for a funeral. He also assisted in getting a dress shirt as well.
