Went to the store to try to find an outfit for an upcoming wedding was the only one in there with my family and there were two people that were working, but they were standing behind a desk talking with a computer. Nobody acknowledged us. Nobody asked if we needed help when we were the only ones in there and two people working this is the second time this has happened to me and I walked out, not sure if they're just judging, But both times I ended up going across the street and dropping couple hundred dollars at a different establishment will not be going back here. read more

Wow where do I begin! had an amazing experience with staff and found the suit I needed for my wedding. Alex made me feel confident in choosing the suit I needed and took care of my needs and knew his job. I was blown away on by how much he cares about his job and this company. Associates were cold and rude to questioning about setting up for a wedding party group rental. They were more inclined to get back to doing nothing and brushed us off instead of trying to assist and possibly make a sale. Don't waste your time with these guys. read more

All the guys in my wedding their tux pants were about a foot short in the legs. Not an exaggeration and they all spend about 3 hours of the day before my wedding getting "alterations" when they had to be fitted for new pants. Excellent service from Ms. Carrie who helped us find a tailored suit for Best. Services is top notch but bear in mind that the suits can get a little pricier (than those even in Macy's), as this store has a very focused offering of formal attire and operates very much as a boutique, with customization and tailoring to suit. Make sure to come in when a special is going on, or it will cost you lots of pretty pennies. Four stars for service that was accommodating, pleasant, and not pushy! read more

Do not waste your time or money at this specific store. The sales staff is more interested in the next sale than the customer they have in front of them. I work in a position requiring business attire, as such I shop for my suits, shirts, and ties at Men's Warehouse. Typically I shop at the Mentor location, which was the case until today. I am part of a wedding party and Men's Warehouse was picked for the tuxedo rentals. No issue for me on that. I have rented tuxedos from Men's Warehouse in the past. Today I stopped in the Mentor Store (Store #4403) to pick up my tux rental and try it on. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a salesman who ushered me to the fitting rooms and retrieved the tuxedo. He had me try on the shirt, pants, and shoes, then stated he would put on and adjust the tie and vest prior to putting on the jacket to ensure every thing fit properly. This is everything went wrong and this store lost my future sales. Following the salesman's instructions I tried on the prescribed articles and exited the fitting room. This is when I witnessed the salesman with another customer who was trying to buy a suit. Let's just say I could hear everything this kid (self-professed 18 year-old) was laying out to make a sale. I stood there waiting for him to finish up while other sales staff walked by, looked at me, and did not offer any assistance. In some cases it took two sales staff members to help one customer. Yeah, this only added to the frustration of the moment. After 20 minutes of waiting I had enough and decided to just finish checking the fit of the tuxedo myself and get out of there. While changing back into my clothes the original salesman had the nerve to knock on my fitting room door to help the other customer out. Once I was finished I headed to the sales register and observed the salesman helping out another customer, which as I suspected did not even make a purchase. The salesman at the sales register noticed my frustration and asked if everything fit okay. I told him that I was no sure due to the original salesman disappearing and not assisting me. The second salesman indicated that I should have him down and asked for assistance because he would have assisted me. I indicated it is not my responsibility to run down every staff member to beg for assistance. The second sales man then said that I now had is undivided attention and that if I wanted to "throw" everything on that he would check the fit of the tuxedo. I declined indicating that I had already wasted my time. The saleswoman also at the sales register I believe was the manager. She did everything she could to not acknowledge the situation. She was also the culprits in ignoring me as I waited. I will not shop at this store in the future. Instead I will take my business to the Mayfield store or shop at other men's clothing retailers in the future. read more

The service at men's warehouse is superior. I was in need of a suit for my girlfriend's work function and they did not let me down. I got two suits (one charcoal the other a blue pinstripe). I also picked up shoes, socks, shirts, tie bar, cuff links, ties, pocket silk suit bags and cedar hangers. They have it all here. Tailoring was done in a week's time and the work was perfect. read more

My boyfriend and I have a work function to go to, so we went men's warehouse to buy a suit for him. The service there is first rate. Kyle is the rep that helped us and he was terrific in making suggestions and getting the measurements perfectly. We ended up with two suits (buy one, get one for $100), shoes, ties, tie clasp, cuff links, two shirts, dress socks, cedar hangers and suit bags, two belts and pocket silk for roughly $1200. read more

I have dealt with this particular store before usually getting great help, but recently went and was less than pleased with the customer service. I had taken some pants, that I had purchased from this exact store, in to get repaired (just getting a seam re-stitched and a clasp fixed) and they said "no worries, that's an easy fix." I returned the next day to pick them up when they were repaired and went to try them on to make sure everything okay. The seam that needed re-stitched was poorly done and looked awful. I honestly would not be surprised if it comes undone again. And clasp was even worse than when I brought it in. After I discovered this I went and asked the staff member who gave me my "repaired" garments why it wasn't fixed and with a snotty tone she said "The tailor couldn't fix it because it was ripped. Is there anything else I can help you with?" Seriously? I obviously knew that because I wouldn't have brought it in to get repaired if it wasn't ripped. What upset me the most was that I drove all the way out to the store expecting to get fully repaired pants, but got a seam that was stitched terribly and another pair that was worse than when I dropped it off and no staff member tried to tell me that they couldn't fix it before I discovered it myself. It just blows my mind that whatever tailor who tried to repair my pants did such an awful job. You would think that someone who repairs garments would actually take the time to make them look good. Needless to say, after going to this particular Mens Wearhouse for over 3 years, I will no longer be giving them my business. read more

Went to pick up a suit and buckle was broken on pants and a small hole in the shirt. Had to wait 2 days (day of the event) for replacement. The inconvenience discount was minimal, had to readjust pickup for other things. Then I get home and the socks are NOT in the bag and I'm told drive back up there for a pair. Unbelievable! If I did that we would be late for the event. Never again and would not recommend this location. read more

If you are planning on purchasing a new suit, expect excellent service. If you are there to pick up items, have them pressed or make alterations, DO NOT expect the same service. I went to purchase a suit with my father and was blown away with how Phil treated us. He introduced himself and spent over an hour making sure the suits we tried on were exactly to our liking. He explained the differences between brands and fits, giving us multiple options every step of the way. We even bought the extra alterations just because he was so helpful and persuasive. Phil gave us a business card and told us to call if there were any issues. I called several days later to check on my order, and Phil was kind enough to call the shipping company and check on my order. He called me back and told me to swing by that evening to pick up my suit and 2 shirts. He even offered to press them for me, knowing I needed them right away. That night, I walked in to pick up my order and was greeted by an associate with the usual "how can I help you?" Did not introduce himself, and once he figured out I was only there to pick up items (and not buy anything new), stopped giving me his full attention. There was only one other customer in the store, but it still took him 20 minutes to find my shirts and he came back multiple times asking "are you sure you got shirts as well?" I even pointed out the shirts on the rack so he would know what they looked like. He seemed more interested in the basketball game that was on than helping me. After the long 20 minutes he handed me a shirt off the rack (not pressed as Phil had told me), a suit with a large chalk mark still on it, and said that he "couldn't find" my other shirt. I was so angry that I grabbed my suit and left. One star for extreme inconsistency in service. It's unfortunate that a guy like Phil has to work so hard to make up for the incompetence of other employees. read more

Stay away from this business, it's a scamming kind of place, so expensive plus charging late fee for rental, I was surprised after I returned a rental to get charged a late fee that nobody told me the deadlines or the 100$ late fee after only 1 week, plus the service it's the worst, take your your money to a better place. read more
