A few weeks ago, I purchased a sport jacket, pants, and two shirts for my son as he prepares to start his Master's program and needs professional attire. Because of his height, significant alterations were required, bringing the total close to $700, with a substantial portion going toward tailoring. I was told the clothing would be ready on March 20th. So I arrived at 6:00 PM on March 20th to pick it up. When I got there, the manager checked with the tailor and informed me the items were not ready. I then overheard that the alterations had not even been started. The work required included sleeve adjustments on the jacket and both shirts, as well as hemming the pants. I explained that I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania--over two hours away--and asked if the items could be shipped to me. The manager declined and instead suggested I wait about an hour. Given the amount of work still needed, and my schedule, this did not feel like a realistic or reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. There was no apology and no effort to offer an alternative solution that would make things right. As a result, my son will not have properly fitted clothing for his first event. MIDDLETOWN, NY LOCATION: Terrible customer service! My son purchased a pants and jacket for a West Point formal in January. Unfortunately, the direction, AND expertise, they should have given him when buying his first "suit" was non-existent. The outfit fit terribly. The jacket and the pants are TOO big. We didn't see how badly until he wore it for the 2nd time to a wedding in June, AND after he left NY. Our only option now was to get it tailored at the MW in Kennesaw, GA to the tune of $110, after already spending $300 for the jacket and pants. I'm very unhappy with this location and would not recommend them. This is ALL these people do -- assist men with buying proper fitting jackets and pants! Is that too much to ask?? Thankfully, the Kennesaw location was very helpful in their attempt to save us from a complete fail. UPDATE: We picked up the tailored jacket/pants today. Despite best efforts at the Kennesaw location, the jacket/pants were just too big to be tailored to an acceptable size that looks properly fitted. They sized my 22 year old, slim and fit son into a size 44 jacket!!! What??? read more

Gotta give it up to Andy and the guys. Had a terrible experience of being "sold" a suit at another local shop and decided to wait and see what was available at the big box store. Andy was no BS from the first minute. Gave me the options IF I wanted to buy a suit and also what it would look like to rent a tux. Ended up renting and everything was quick, efficient, and to the point. Fit was perfect and the tux was in excellent condition as well as the shoes. Thanks again. read more

Literally no one cared that I was there with my wife shopping for a suit. Went through the entire rack of overpriced suits 3 times in an hour, almost none in my size of 38R, and not once did we get a, "need any help?" Or anything of the sort. Had to figure out how to measure and figure out size in the first place because there's so many different kinds of cuts. Maybe I didn't look like I had enough money for them or something, but I showered and wore a dress shirt so not sure what else mattered. Fairly humiliating experience overall, the only time I've ever been suit shopping where an associate didn't help. read more

TERRIBLE!!! Grooms suit did not fit and was told to just wear his pants higher to make the vest look longer. They weren't able to accommodate us in any way to try to get a vest that fit. Then the cuff links broke the morning of the wedding. They only care about making a sale. read more

I purchased 2 suits from here this week. I am writing this review because of the great service that their sales girl Lorraine provided to me. Knowing I wasn't familiar with purchasing/wearing suits, she explained in detail on how everything was to properly look. She explained "suit wearing etiquette" as I'll call it. She was thorough with exactly what everything cost down to the penny. I've had nothing but problems with this place since the day one. From the back and forth trips due to negligence on their part to them blaming it on me. (Clearly because I'm the one that ordered, fitted and hemmed the pants) 7 out of 8 of my groomsmen had to go back 4-5 times because their stuff was either too short or not delivered the same time other stuff was. read more

The minute we entered the store we were greeted by Anthony with a nice smile. He helped my husband find exactly what we were looking for! No tediously searching through racks of clothes for his size. Within just a few minutes, Anthony had him try on several jackets before directing him to a brand/cut of suit jacket that looked GREAT on him! This guy knew his stuff! He then helped us select shirts and ties that would mix and match with the 2 suits we wanted. We would both definitely recommend, AND return to this store!! read more

Bought a great suit in December 2016...went back today for 2 suits ... very rude condescending salesmen... made me , my husband & our 15 year old son ...Very uncomfortable!!
