Let's say Bruno Mars short. Kevin Hart short. Sammy Davis, Jr. short. You know, short, but workable short. I walked into the American Fork Allen's Tuxedo on a Saturday morning and the associate took one look at me and said they wouldn't have anything that would work for me. So I said nothing? Let's pretend I'm a kid going to prom. You don't work with short kids? They didn't have anything. I asked well what if I bought a tux and could have it altered? They don't do that, and even if they did it would be expensive. Well expense isn't really an issue here. I'm sorry sir. I wish I could help you but I can't. Folks, I was floored! I'm going to chalk it all up to this particular associate just having a bad day, because wow! I'm going to say if you are normal size you won't have a problem here. My situation is unique. But look, I'm certain they COULD have worked with me. They chose not to. Men's Wearhouse had no problems with me and everything went fine with them. Short yes. Unique situation yes. But this was just plain awful customer service. It wasn't handled well. So there it is. Take it as you will. Maybe you won't run into this associate. Maybe you will. If you do you must be THIS tall to ride the ride. In a final irony, the associate was shorter than me.

They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.

Some stains just don't come out and some old shirts just won't be perfect again but they really try to hard and take pride in putting out good service. They/we feel the labor shortage and need about three more people so bad. All positions are great. The front is easy going and the back is nice to because you can get in a rhythm of your job while listening to a book or something. They might not pay as much as some but inflation will come to them too and they will. Sad really, for customer and employee. Regardless, environment makes a job for me and Red Hanger in highland is a great place to work.
