This use to be a store you could count in for great values at affordable prices. This use to be an inviting store, the clothing racks were well arranged and the clothing shelves kept tidy. Unfortunately, standards have really relaxed here. Part of this I'm sure is due to workers shortages but overall, things just aren't the same.

This store is one of the best surplus stores that I have ever found. I didn't know what to expect but I always like to discover new places. It was so much bigger inside than it appeared outside. I needed to update my camping equipment and I found a modular sleep system in excellent condition at a really reasonable price. I had a dog tag made for my doggo and that was very interesting to watch them make it on a really old authentic machine. I looked around and tried to remember everything that they carry so that I know where to find it in the future. I met a soldier there that arrived home and was moved by his story. All in all a really good experience. I would recommend Uncle Sam's Army Navy as a great place to shop. This time I came in to find some cold weather gear because I'm heading out on a backpacking trip and didn't want to freeze out in the cold. They actually have an excellent selection of thermals and polypro head to toe. I got geared up and also got some waterproof gore-tex to keep dry. Basically was able to find everything I needed for my camping trip in one place which was great.

There were probably 3-4 gals working that night but there was no greeting, no acknowledgment to any customers walking around/shopping around. Staff was chit-chatting to themselves, while other employees were just doing the robotic restocking of items, and not making any eye contact with any customers at all. I even took the time to sit and try on a pair of shoes, and no one came up to ask if I needed help or were looking for a pair in another size. Left the place not wanting to buy anything as it felt pretty cold in there. First time coming into a location where customer service was lacking.

We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door by Caden, who was extremely helpful and got my finance in the perfect suit within 10 minutes. He was present anytime my fiancé came out of the fitting room with any suggestions and was always there to assist. All in all, fantastic experience and definitely recommend going to Provo over the Murray location.
