Look, I'll be the first to admit that walking in here for a wedding suit jacket at the absolute last minute was entirely my fault. I don't recommend waiting until the eleventh hour, and frankly, neither does the calendar. That said, the staff here took pity on my poor planning and were genuinely incredible about it. Super friendly, helpful, and somehow managed to pull off the alterations just in time for the ceremony so I didn't completely ruin my own wedding. Store is clean, parking is easy, prices are fair, and the team is ridiculously accommodating. Don't be like me and push your luck, but if you do find yourself in a self-inflicted bind, this is definitely the spot. 5/5 stars, but I'm officially embarrassed. read more

I went in this past Sunday afternoon and asked if I could be fitted for a suit for my brothers wedding on that day and pay later this month. They said that is no problem. I came back same day and waited 20 minutes and a different employee started helping me and said I had to pay same day. I told them I could pay end of October and since the wedding was not until January. I was really mad. They just did not want to help me. I drove 20 minutes to the Killeen location and was fitted and the guy said I can pay end of month. The Temple employee lied and said it was company policy. It wasn't. I'll never do business again here in Temple with Men's Warehouse. read more

This was the worst Men's Wearhouse I've ever stepped foot in. I promise I am not being dramatic , it looked like it was ran by a bunch of teenagers. Laughing ridiculously loud, not attentive with customers, and 3 employees just glued to phones. I'm so sad they ruined my fiancé experience to try on tuxedos. So disappointed. We went to this location earlier in the year and surprisingly they had a suit that worked for us and the service was decent. We went to this same location last night to pick up a pair of jeans and they were closed early. They close at 8 and the doors were locked before 754. and the sales person even stated they closed at 8. They lost a very quick $200 sale for the evening, but they also lost a long term customer. I've bought several custom suits from them in the past. Never an issue. Go in yesterday to pick up some new shirts. I find one that I like and that fits. Everything here is cut for the slim person. I go to pay, they can't find a tag for the shirt. They search the computer inventory, still can't find it. I'm thinking, discount. NOPE. The sales kid states it's an old item, that it's been previously tailored and that they'll have to damage it out. I'm looking at him like "you're kidding, I'm willing to pay for the shirt". He refuses to sell it. I pay for my other two "backup shirts" and leave. Today, my son takes his MEN'S WAREHOUSE CUSTOM SUIT to get altered, because people tend to grow. They again refuse. Telling him "we have to do both the jacket and the pants, we can't do just one." As I read the text I tell my son to leave. We are done with Men's Warehouse - I GUARANTEE IT. Why would a clothing retailer not want to make a sale. This makes zero sense. So, BUYER BEWARE. They might not sell to you and if they do, they might not honor their agreements. I visited this store a couple days ago looking for a prom tux rental. Looks like a bunch of other people had the same idea because the store was busy! I had to put my name on a waitlist and then perused the store for 15-20 minutes. A kind gentleman named Gil called my name and we discussed the Joseph & Feiss BLack-Notched Lapel Tuxedo. This tux was unavailable for rent in their store, but even if it were, it would have been more expensive based on what he said. He encouraged me to check online to see if I could get it for the lower price. Apparently their online store system works almost entirely separately from in-store, and Gil doesn't like to mess with the online stuff. I guess the option to order your tux online and THEN visit your nearest store to be measured doesn't work properly. So he just measured me right there before I ordered so I could put the maximum possible amount of accurate information into their special online estimator. Anyway, Gil recommended to order the full 9-piece package and after some consideration, I did end up doing that to save time and effort. It was only an extra $20 or so on top of the 5 pieces I was planning to order, and I believe it will be worth it to have everything coordinate and have it delivered to a store close to where I'll be for the event (meaning I won't have to travel with it in a suitcase). Speaking of coordination, he also helped me decide on a color for the bow tie, vest, and pocket square. I really appreciate his willingness to help me through this whole process, since this will be my first time ever wearing a tuxedo, not to mention renting one. When I left the store, I felt confident that I had found a great tuxedo that I will enjoy wearing for my prom. Thank you so much Gil! The whole thing ended up being just over $100 with handling and tax, compared to at least $180 for their cheapest in store. If you order online, I would recommend doing it from a laptop or desktop computer. I had nothing but issues trying to order from two different phones because it kept redirecting me to the login page when trying to check out. And make sure to look for your rental AT LEAST 20 days before your event. The calendar on their site cuts off available event dates for 13 days after the current date, so I almost wasn't able to order one. If you do find yourself in a similar situation where you're a bit late to order, Gil did recommend contacting the Men's Wearhouse customer service number to see if they can move your rental by a few days to the day you need it. I know that there is an additional rush cost if you order less than a week prior to the event, but they might have some leeway for those who just missed the cutoff. I give this experience 4 of 5 stars, knocking one star off because of the wait time, higher in-store tux rental prices, and the bad online mobile experience (though that should not reflect on this particular store's service). read more

This is the first Men's Wearhouse that I have shopped at ever. I am the type that will spend less as possible on clothing because I just wasn't a high end spender and I thought I was getting a better deal being cheap. Well I have recently changed my views upon shopping at this location. I was greeted immediately and asked if I need help. I was helped by Tammy who literally took care of every thing. There was a special on the items, including a buy one get one free and I received a rewards card. The second time I went in was even a better experience because I was fit for my cloths and they pressed them for me right in the store. I had no idea stores would do that. It was a weekend and I was starting a new job so it worked out perfectly! Even though I paid more for my cloths than I have before I see here that it's more than the brand of cloths because here it's about the brand of the store and the quality of the service. I really wish I could remember the sales person's name but he was highly skilled and knew what colors went with the suit and tie. If you're in the market for a suit for business or pleasure this most definitely should be your stop around here there's not many options but this place will most definitely have what you want. read more

I bought some nice blazers here. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. Just went to one in Austin by ACC Highland. I asked if they had over coats and umbrellas. This employee said yes, and then they had nothing that I was looking for, at all. :/ I ended up ordering both on-line. I had the coat sent to my parent's in Temple since I would be here for the holidays. I needed all the tags removed from the cuffs and such. Popped into this location as the tailor was already closed. This was the day before T-Day, around 5:30p.m. a young man and lady were working. He removed the tags, I asked how much for the service, he said not to worry about. Not even a coat I bought from them. Customer service like that is what will keep this store on top of my list when I need their product. read more

Unprofessional and clueless staff. The gentlemen measured me and ordered my suit several sizes too large which wasted my time on an already tight wedding timeline. When I tried the enormous suit on, the staff was nonchalant as if it looked normal. Either they are overconfident in their abilities to fit people for suits or they just don't care. It's all about the dollar, NOT how you look. I rented a tux for a wedding last Saturday and returned it today, MONDAY- what did I get? Late fees. Are you kidding me?! That's right, I returned it the next business day and was charged late fees. I paid the $24 late fee because I'm quite sure the fine print in the rental agreement spelled it out, but if that's Customer Service, then I'm Ronald McDonald. I told them I'd pay the fee, but would not be back. They happily took my money and were sorry that I wasn't happy. You might like the way you look, but you'll hate the way you are treated.
