Getting my meds refilled was a nightmare. I had to wait six weeks one time and then four weeks a second time in which I had a gap in my medications. When I spoke with the office staff and manager they all stated that the prescriptions and pre approvals were sent to my drug store. That was false. I called many ties to clear this up and was always told it was taken care of. It was not. Then instead of speaking with me they stopped answering the office phone. I would not recommend this doctor because of the horrible staff he has. If it's important to get your medications refilled on time, look elsewhere.
