The parts of the lawn that were very overgrown were pretty evenly mowed and the rest of the lawn was just right. I did not expect them to be able to come the day I accepted the contract but they did. (We were happy they could.) I called them Monday and described the property to Sean and he gave us a quote for a one time mow. I told him that part of our lawn was very over grown (3 feet tall in places). Tuesday, I updated the description on his web site and he adjusted the quote. We spoke Tuesday morning to ensure that our description was clear. We accepted the bid then he explained his crew was going to be in our area so he suggested that we pay by credit card (we do not use Venmo) we did and paid the quoted amount (included tax), tip and credit card processing fee. His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn. My neighbor said they were polite, friendly and professional. I would use them again if I could not mow the lawn for some reason. The prices seemed reasonable for the service provided.

I don't have fancy gardens but they keep my messes looking orderly. They have trimmed oriental grass in the past and some juniper bushes this fall. They work in the fenced in yard, they trim the weeds, and they clear the driveway and sidewalk of clippings here. Well, long story short it got paved the week befor Thanksgiving. Thats to late in the year. Half the driveway came out like crap. I called with my concerns and was polite and patient the whole time. He said it was the quality of the ashfalt and sometimes that happened. He offered to seal coat for no charge later the following year. I was satisfied with that. He came to look at the sidewalk, gave me a reasonable quote, and the sidewalk job was completed a week later. Toby and his crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job, leaving us with a beautiful new sidewalk. Ray remodeled the kitchen, bathroom, leveled out the slab floor as it is an older home, replaced, carpet, flooring, cabinets, shower, counters, and faucets. The house was completed ahead of schedule and budget in spite of Lowes in Canandaigua delivering almost everything later than planned. The house was built in the 50's and Ray had to repair a lot of plumbing and rotted wood. The house looks amazing, the attention to detail is spectacular and I would recommend Ray to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
