I chose Amber because she was very strict about COVID-19 protocols, which I so appreciated. I felt safe and cared for just by the way she made sure that her clients were safe. She required masks. She took my temperature before I entered the massage room, and let me know about her lengthy process for sanitizing after each client when my massage was done. Amber's pressure was perfect. She really listened to my concerns and took care of my pain points perfectly. Even though I've been working hard and my posture hasn't been that great since the massage, I'm so much better of now than before the massage. Could see a 2nd pair of shoes (face down thru the hole) out of the corner of my eye. Figured maybe she was staying in the room just to make sure everything was on the "up & up" - which I was ok with. Then noticed the 2nd lady walked to the other end of the room (where my belongings were) and I heard what I believe was my glasses (which were wrapped up in my shirt) and keys being moved. Looked over and sure enough the 2nd lady was over there, and the one that was giving the massage tried to stand between my view of the other one and tried to pretend there wasn't anyone else there. I made it clear I could see her, she then tried to claim the other person was "new" and "in training" and will leave now. Definitely came across like they were trying to go thru my belongings/wallet. Won't go there again, and will not recommend. Which is a shame, because the room and table was very new and clean. Will go back to "Whole Health Massage" on Lincoln from now on.

I recently had a work related injury and am presently going to them. Initially when I finally got…read moreapproved for Physical Therapy (PT), I went to schedule an appt at "Another" PT place in Oroville. They were booked for over a week. With this, I thought if they are that booked, when will they fit Me in their schedule? So I was able to make an appt. here sooner, and so glad I did. In 2 sessions, my injury has been the best since the late May injury! I had done multiple things to try to heal thyself but progress slow. I really feel I have a jump start on healing with the ultrasound they used, manual massage and exercises the PT provided for me to do. I will keep up with my homework and looking forward to the future sessions to literally get me back on my feet to walk, and hike like I had prior to my injury.
