I want to share my experiences at this store. The massage cannot be best. The place is neat, clean…read moreand well appointed. The staff has always communicated with me about my needs, likes and dislikes! So, I get attention where it is needed. The owner is so kind. She always greets me like an old friend. I feel so welcomed by her and the staff. I try to go as often as I can but, at least every two weeks. I always leave there feeling comfortable and pain free. Feel like I just paid to get beat up. It was $60 for 45 minutes and the gal that was working on me asked me if I wanted something and she showed me a jar. It looked like some kind of tiger balm and I just assumed it was because she was giving me a massage without any lubricant so I felt like I was getting an Indian burn. I specifically went for work in my shoulder and pectoral muscles and back. I had to ask if she was going to do my pecs. When I paid I gave a $5 tip and then she said I needed to pay for hot oil because she used it. I told her I didn't know what she was asking. So I paid the $6. If you're like looking for a really good and qualified massage therapist I would recommend Bodywork by Erika. Pain be gone left me in more pain. I would like to see if that gal who worked on me has a license to practice massage because I doubt she did. Really disappointed.

Upon arrival, they scanned and redeemed each of our Groupon barcodes, and had us write down the codes by hand. After getting undressed and settled in the massage rooms, the chaos began. The two massage therapists talked loudly to each other the entire time -- zero relaxation. One kept leaving the room mid-massage, texting, and even talking to us while we were naked and vulnerable, insisting that our Groupon codes were invalid after they had already redeemed them. We literally had proof on our phones and even photos showing they redeemed the vouchers, but they continued to argue with us WHILE WE WERE STILL NAKED on the tables. This was not only unprofessional, it was flat-out humiliating. They wouldn't leave the room to let us change when we asked to leave. Eventually, after we were visibly upset and asking to just leave, they changed their story and said, "actually two of the codes worked" and offered to give us massages -- but at that point the experience was already ruined. We were also communicating through Google Translate the entire time, which only added to the confusion. This business clearly has no idea how to properly use Groupon and should not be offering deals on the platform if they can't verify or manage redemptions. The environment was unprofessional, sketchy, and the treatment we received was disturbing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
