I love their displays and the ambience of the store a lot! Always helpful and congenial is the staff! A wide selection of gifts to choose from - nothing I wouldn't like receiving myself! I created a registry online for a bridal shower but with limited options online (which I have no problem with), I thought it would be beneficial for me to go in person to add items or at least create a list of recommended items to facilitate the gift-buying process for my guests. When I went into the store, one of the women at the register could not have seemed more displeased or bothered to be helping me. She was irritated that I had created an online registry in the first place and that I was in on a Saturday without an appointment. I reiterated that the intent of my visit was simply to add a few items, not to choose China and table placements (which of course would take much more of their time and attention). Neither women offered to help me (they weren't helping anyone else) but told me to just come back on Monday and to call the girl who is in charge of registries. I left completely amazed at the clear lack of interest to help me (or at least attempt to be nice and apologetic for not being able to help me), the rudeness, and the absolutely poor customer service. Madison has the cutest things (hence why I was going to register there) but unfortunately, because of this experience, will be very hesitant to return.

I knew that this was NOT my kind of place to shop. He did mention calling first... but it's unclear why you have to call. And the sign on the door said to call if he wasn't there. The other lady behind me said she had called but no one answered. So, if you think you feel like a drive and might want to take a look, either be sure to call and actually talk to someone or just find another place to try. Also, they've been hit hard by COVID (wholesale shows canceled, employee deaths, etc.) and really could use your support right now. Let's make sure this small business stays in business! A few tips: 1. Cash or check only. Come prepared! 2. Google Maps will take you to the wrong street. It told me to turn on Sherman. This is obviously incorrect, but I spent a stupid amount of time trying to figure that out. Turn on FLOYD CIRCLE and drive past a bunch of auto shops until you're at the end of the circle. Under Wraps will be the very last warehouse on the left, just as the circle starts forcing you to turn. 3. The door opens onto two sort of cluttered offices. When I arrived, no one was in either office. I heard voices in the back so just walked through one of the offices and immediately found myself in a warehouse full of wrapping paper. 4. Currently, the warehouse is completely disorganized due to COVID-related employee shortages. Don't let that deter you. I immediately found a few great rolls, and the more I looked, the more jumped out at me. 5. If you like polyethylene ribbon (that gorgeous, smooth ribbon that makes great pull bows), they sell rolls of 250 yards for $16. For context, Walmart sells rolls of 100 yards at the same price. So, buying it here is 2.5x cheaper than Walmart. You do have to special-order the polyethylene ribbons here, but he said they're typically ready for pick-up in about a week, and you can select from a huge number of colors. 6. Some of the items (e.g., ribbons) have prices labeled, but that's not necessarily what you'll pay. When in doubt, ask! The guy running the place was so very kind. He hunted down various things for me on request. He also pointed out a flaw in one of the rolls I had picked. He said he'd give me a substantial discount for it -- which was so kind especially since I might not have even noticed. I found a remnant of one roll in a print I liked, and since they didn't have a full roll available, he gave me the remnant for free. He also packed everything very nicely in a box for me and helped me carry it out to the car. (Yes, I'm stocked for life.) DEFINITELY check this place out -- you'll find all sorts of wrapping paper and ribbons here at amazing prices.

Fun girly products with occasional much necessary profanity! When my friend was one of the people to get laid off from the bigger corporations, I got her a cup from here that really made her day. It said, "fu*k this sh*t!" I got tons of pins and cute cards as well as a bag for traveling that I have been eyeing for a long time . They also had a couple of value sections throughout the store that were amazing! The lady in the store was super helpful and really sweet! It happened to be raining really hard that day, and she helped me to protect my products since we were very dedicated to still walking around in the rain. As a designer, even if you don't purchase anything just walking through here is very inspiring. Staff here is extremely nice and very helpful when it comes to finding what you're looking for. I usually go and buy a large quantity at once so I don't have to do frequent visits from time to time. Also, keep in mind that they are wholesalers so they tend to run out of certain items quickly, another reason why I like to purchase large quantity at once. One thing that makes it very different from others around is that they also offer self-checkout. However, their self-checkout machines are a little confusing and I had to get one of their staff members to come and help me. They did mention this occurs often so I would recommend just going the classic way and heading to their check out area. Besides that, it was a great store with a fantastic selection of books!
