The moment I spoke with Barbara l knew I was talking to the right shop. She immediately jumped into action and made it a point to get me the most fresh peonies at the market. The communication was consistent and she even called the location the flowers were delivered to until they confirmed the flowers were received. Don't bother with the website. Just use your device for one of it's lesser used functions: the phone. I ordered flowers from out of town for my wife. Service was great, very helpful and accommodating. The arrangements are completely customizable if you know what you're doing, and if you don't know, they will help. I knew I wanted a particular flower, but didn't know the name. They asked me to describe it and when the person on the phone couldn't figure it out, she asked the floral arranger to speak with me. She knew what I was talking about right away and said it wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise, I just told them what colors I had in mind for the rest of the arrangement and they took care of it. I called a day in advance, thinking I would need at least that much time, but they were ready to deliver the day of if need be. I even asked for a specific time to be delivered and it wasn't a problem. As far as price, they asked me what I wanted to spend, which I was surprised about! I'm trying to buy a gift from out of town. The reviews seem mixed but the website is a nightmare. Un-navigable, no prices listed, some weird schmancy tablet-unfriendly interface I'm sure the store owner thought was clever, but doesn't actually serve for the consumer to effectively browse, shop, or purchase. I hate when people apply needless bells and whistles to their websites that serve to hurt their business rather than actually sell things. So I'll go with something like teleflora. Because at least there I can clearly see the bouquets what the bouquets look like without it jiggling all over the screen or tilting my head sideways, sort by price or color, order, pay and arrange delivery. read more
