Besides being a fantastic satellite campus, Abington offers continuuing education courses and is host to cultural events open to the public, such as musical performances and movie showings. Words cannot adequately describe the impact that Penn State Abington has had on my life and the opportunities it has provided to me, and for a reasonable cost. Speaking for the continuing education side, there seems to be something for everyone. It is easy to access from public transportation and has parking to spare, attempting to make everything as easy as possible on the students.

When I started the class nursing student success 4 life, I was saying to myself, "do I have to do…read morethis again" not knowing how helpful it turns out to be. When I decided to follow the instructor strategy everything started to come more easier to me. Growth mind set; you must have. Before you do anything, you must adopt ATI strategy test bank, proctor exam, and the assessment on ATI. For each exam you done remediate the one you get wrong and practice again, complete all the focus review, active learning template (on specific content you miss). Look at your transcript and do the remediation on topic you get wrong, when you do all that test yourself to see your improvement, set your goal 85% to 95% on each test. On ATI there's the 3.0 dynamic quizzes where you can practice at least 50 question or more to test yourself start from easy, medium, hard and when you have accomplished a topic on each test create your test to test yourself to see how well you have done, remember to remediate on the one you get wrong. I want to introduce metacognition-the process to think about one's own thinking and learning. Ask yourself: what the assessment asking of me to do, what do I already know, what steps that I need to follow, how much effort I put in. There are test taking strategies: A,D,P,I,E- assessment, diagnose, planning, implement, evaluation. A,B,C- airway, breathing, circulation. Maslow's hierarchy of need's Remember to look out for negative words like, inappropriate, lowest priority, most, except, least, never, rarely, contraindication. Negative people, avoid any talk with them (there is too much distraction) Drop the mike - when you came across a situation say to yourself, "if I am going to do one thing and leave the hospital, what is best for my patient. Horrendous experience in C2 Princeton! Be aware of the traps in the contract in general!…read moreBE AWARE! This is a very shady, fraudulent business. Keep a detail log of the hours your kid used. Be aware of its "Expiration of Tutor Instructional time" policy and how they use this expiration policy to rip you off thousands of your hard earned money! If you are a new customer, they give your kid a diagnostic test much harder than real SAT. Based on the score, they recommend you to buy lots of hour to reach your desired score. This is fear mongering! Hard test, low score, more hours==more money. At sign-up, you will be told the "100% money back guarantee tuition refund program", no single word about the "Expiration of Tutor Instructional time" policy. If you are an existing customer, they have promotion during the year. Right now, you all should get emails "Get our biggest savings of the year - Enroll now!" from C2. Be aware of this trap! They will encourage you to purchase lots of hours on top of current balance during promotion period, called "upgrade". BE AWARE of how they use the "Expiration of Tutor Instructional time" policy to rip you off. Ever since you pay for "upgrade", all the hours your kid uses from now on will be deducted from the "upgrade". Your hours from the balance of previous payment will be kept till its expiration. That means once you pay for "upgrade", your balance is set to zero no matter how many hours you have in your balance. How the used hours were logged is also dubious. My kid took some practice tests in the center. I tried to schedule meetings with the director when the test result came out. During the meeting, the director usually wrote down the hours used leading to the practice test. She usually utilized the number of used hours as an explanation for the test result. Now when I requested refund and finally got the list of the logged hours from the center, the logged hours from the list are much higher than the numbers I was given during the meetings. I was explained how the contract works in much more detail and depth when I ask for refund for over hundreds of unused hours, which worth more than $10k. Now I realized how the contract and the way the director conducted her business are fraudulent. It is a long story. I am in the legal battle with C2 now. As a good citizen, I feel it is my responsibility to let the general public know how fraudulent C2 business is. Please feel free to share my posting. Hope no others will be ripped off as much as I was.

Theater Intime is still directly part of Princeton University, unlike McCarter Theater which has a relationship connection, but is not part of the ivy league university. Growing up in Princeton, I had attended numerous plays here over the years. Parking must nearly of course be off campus unless you walk over here as a local or ride your bike. The theater readily accommodates groups as well as school groups. Just check out notes about the play before booking to see if that's appropriate for a young audience. Some might be too mature or simply over their heads.
