So the next day we decided to check it out. This place blew us away. The modern architecture is stunning with different levels, and there is even a fireplace. There is also a room dedicated just for magazines with the most current issues. If you like movies the library has an impressive selection of DVDs. Even their restrooms have fancy Dyson faucets. There is a cafe as well. One of the upper levels offers a nice outdoor patio balcony. Good to see the tax dollars going back to the community. No matter how old you are, go get yourself a library card. There is a parking garage nearby. It's a great way to spend the day reading a book or two.

I saw a newly added cell towers directly across the library and the water tank is located back of the library has cell towers. In case you don't know much about cell towers, please do yourself and your family a favor and research. Research: the health effects of cell towers in adults and children, microwave radiations, dirty electricity, long term effects of WIFI in your home and public places, what is 5G doing to your body and EMF from smart meters. The clean aesthetics and openness give you a sense of calm and a desire to be there, whether for studying or taking classes. They have book clubs and instructional classes ranging from hands-on cooking to needlework. They offer to take U.S. passport photos. They have so much to offer besides wonderful books. This lending library sources tools (yes, you read this correctly), museum passes, videos, eBooks, eAudio, and other resources beyond just books. You can even exchange clippings for plants. English literature they have stopped accepting books donation, and foreign language literatures, they would have to check, but most likely they won't accept. Be sure the foreign language books are educational and in mint condition. Inside the library was smaller than I thought, but it was cozy in each floor. Although the library is overall very quiet, I couldn't find an empty study room, during Summer vacation, and in the morning! Glad to see our younger generations still read and study!! Not only no study room available, but all seatings are occupied. Mix feeling ... I wonder how's it like during weekends. I decided to walk around before I left the library. There was an undone puzzles spread on the public table. Very cute and welcoming. The staffs are friendly and attentive.

They have computers to find your books and they have general use computers. They have a large selection of movies to rent, CDs, some video games, and some comics and graphic novels. There's even a section to buy bargain books and usually some free advance copy or trade books lying around. The building is an old church with amazing architecture and beautiful stained glass windows. The wrought iron accents were donated to the library and add to its character. There is a small parking lot and limited street parking due to construction. The library offers story time and craft activities for children including an upcoming Halloween experience. There is a book club for adults which I've included in my photos. In addition to books, you can borrow DVDs and audio books. There is also a nice sized collection larger print books. You can also use the online library to borrow digital books and audio books. You can put in a reserve or hold request for materials currently on loan if they aren't available. The library also ships and receives books from other Bucks county libraries if a request is submitted. The library offers a lot of services that would be unexpected to most! The biggest surprise to me was the seed share program! The details are in my photos. There are also over 25 museum free passes that you can borrow. These can be reserved but must be picked up in person. You also must have your physical library card to pick up passes.

Each historic building is such a beautiful sight. The grounds are fairly maintained. The campus is secured by its long and high fences . The huge university property is leisurely walkable. It was summertime during our visit and the open to public art museum happened to be under renovation and we were not able to visit. A recommended stop over when in the area.
