RCI Radiologists writes reports without even looking at all of the images and thus missed the root problem. RCI will not return your calls either, ever! They basically investigate themselves and won't admit they make mistakes but rather just say the will use it as a learning experience. You have no recourse when RCI screws up and they know it. You just have to live with the permanent nerve damage caused by their error.

I rs my EOB from my insurance saying where they paid for the entire bill except $20 and hes still sitting on my money. I called asking for my money back and they gave me story about blaming the insurance, never ever will I ir my husband ever go back . He also made a comment that he "doesn't see patients for free" in his message! I never ever said anything about a " free" visit. Dr Wood is my Oncologist and continues to see me every 6 months. I have been cancer free for two years now and owe so much to everyone at the cancer center. They are the best!
