During the appointment he IMMEDIATELY starts working on my child's eye, completely disregarding the sheet with my all of my child's information. He then stands up and says "ur good" and I was confused. I had went to a 2 different doctors before and they both referred me here, because of the severity of the issue. I told "Dr. shahed ghoghawala" that the other doctors told me it was much more than a minor thing. All of a sudden he starts yelling at me and my child, to the point where I was scared for not just my safety but for my child. He then starts yelling and bad mouthing the other doctors saying if they did their job, we wouldn't be here. Safe to say this "Doctor" should NOT be a doctor let alone be around kids. Would rather take my kid to Homeless guy on the street, who would probably treat us with more respect then he did.

Both airbags deployed, which if you know anything about trauma medicine you KNOW that means it wasn't just a fender bender! I'm debating on going up to Madison with her, for a real evaluation by someone worth their weight in salt! She's nauseous with head, neck and back pain. I assessed her and then took her out to my mom's house and had my mom do an assessment on her as well, to which she agreed with my assessment fully. One pupil is slightly smaller than the other (which my mom confirmed it wasn't just me noticing the difference, it's not a huge difference but enough to cause concern) and she was an er nurse for 35 years so I tend to believe her. My daughter needed a CT scan and they didn't do one, the ED doctor said he would Rx lidoderm patches but insurance wouldn't cover it even with the best insurance coverage. My daughter got embarrassed by me but I said "Oh really, hmm that's odd. They cover mine 100% so why don't you just write the order and send it to the pharmacy. If it's covered great, if not no harm no foul." He could tell I was something medical and didn't like it be I said "Oh, but good call giving her the candy ass anti-spasmatic muscle relaxer Tizanidine since you didn't do a neuro eval or any imaging of the skull, neck, spine and brain. We both know you can't give a TCA like flexeril to a neuro patient!" My mom was proud of me though, and I think that was the first time in my life she's ever been proud of me! When the nurse came in with the discharge papers she asked if I had any questions and I said "Not for you sweetheart, I know there's nothing you can do but I'm telling ya, don't send me a press gainey patient satisfaction survey because your scores will plummet!" I've got half a mind to call the unit manager and go even higher if need be! I'm fuming and you can't unknow what you know once you've been in nursing for as long as I have.

I said this is a hospital not the emergency room and we need to figure out why these issues are happening with the patient. why should I have to ask a doctor to find out what's wrong with my loved one? the E. R has amazing CNAs but the RNs are rude and less than helpful. the ER docs are not through and they disregard hospital transfer requests im guessing so they can generate revenue while they pretend to be treating people. the social workers are curt and always in a rush so no time to answer questions and no time to add the documents you provide to patient accounts. if you care about your family members do not take the to this hospital!!!

A nurse came in her room looked at her wound, poked at it and rolled her eyes when my daughter said it hurt. Then about 2 hr hours later a different nurse came in and said they will be getting her discharge papers. Lol my daughter asked about the stitches the doctor said she needed, all the nurse said was that has not been done yet then left. Then another 1 1/2 hours passed and the doctor came in with another doctor witch she has a very bad attitude with my daughter. They both left Then the younger doctor came back in to do the stitches and said she wanted her to get some pain meds before we could leave. Within a 15 min time period a nurse came back in the could not even read the discharge notes without making mistakes and had to reread them, while that one was reading another nurse was VERY aggressive with helping my daughter get dressed. Then we were told we could not be in that room anymore and we needed to go to the waiting room and wait there. I asked about pain meds and she snapped at me and said she dont need any then left. She came back about 10 min later with pain meds. I will be looking into the bigger hospital that this high price bandage factory works under and complain. My personal opinion everyone there needs to be replaced they dont care about people only a pay check. There was more that happened before I got there and some small things when I was there that I can't remember except I no this place is worthless By the way we called and talked to patient advocate and they dont care about the patient either. This is just a worthless place. So sad that the people in that town have to go to this place.

Everything here was super quick. I was seen super quick…read more The nurse was so quick that I felt extremely rushed when telling her my symptoms. I wasn't able to tell her everything I needed to. The doctor was so quick that he was able to examine me in about a minute and that included the time I was trying to tell him what was wrong. Well, come to find out, he misdiagnosed me big time. Normally, I wouldn't complain about having such a short wait time and being at urgent care for only 25ish minutes. However, there was not enough time for me to really be heard or for the doctor to spend any time with me whatsoever. It ended up in a misdiagnosis which is even worse now considering I'm about 40 weeks pregnant. I don't think I'll ever come here again. I will either wait for my doctor or go to the ER. The staff was very nice. I just was not taken care of and felt very unimportant.

Was taken back but the staff definitely wanted to head out as a thunderstorm was on its way and they were closing early. So we are already on a get out the door kind of appointment. We start my appointment and the exam room looks like a used car lot but for nerve stimulators. Well can you guess what they want to "sell" every patient...... yep that's right, they are pushing stimulators like they use to push opioids. YIKES! This is exactly why I left the last pain clinic. Well now the Dr and I are talking and they are not prepared for me, they don't have all of my medical history but are working on getting it. (They called me and scheduled this appointment, if they didn't have my info they should have rescheduled) This man didn't have my prior info, didn't do an exam, and wanted to tell me a medical condition I've had for over 10ths I probably don't have (wtf) and that a stim is probably my best option but he can see I have ptsd around them so I should just see behavioral health & PT and it's really all in n my head. I was aghast. My husband doesn't think I should go back but tbh I am here for medical care and I will attempt another appointment or 2 to see if things get better.
