You guys need a new US tech. Also, I got nothing for the pain and was referred to a urologist in Redding, who told the ER my kidney stone can't be causing the pain since it's stationary.. well pain is subjective not objective and can still cause pain if not moving. Tried calling the urologist so they can see me and evaluate and they wouldn't even see me in office saying because I'm pregnant. Even if pregnant you can treat a stone. Now I'm laying in excruciating pain, spotting now, threw up from the pain... AND what's the point of going to see anyone if they constantly dismiss me? This place is incompetent along with urologist Dr. Fowler in Redding.

The other thing is that its convenient that they are open on some holidays and on weekends and late. I have come here maybe 3-4 times for urgent care when I was sick. The providers have always been nice. The girls who work at the front desk need some training on their customer service skills. I can't stand with someone greets you with, "Do you have an appointment?" or "Last name?" So irritating!! A greeting like, "Good morning. How are you today? Can I help you get checked in?". I typically experience wait times of 2-3 hours. But just recently I got in with in 30 min... but then had to wait in the treatment room for about 45 min. I feel like the staff here just pump patients through like cattle and never take the time to get to know them.

This place killed my husband. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my dog. The staff…read moredidn't take care of him like they should have. My husband died of kidney failure and dehydration. How could they not know he needed water and food. He got Covid and that was the end of his life. When I would take to him he would tell me he hated that place. They would take him to the lunchroom and then just forget about him for hours. He would just be in his wheelchair waiting for somebody to take him back to his room. He also told me that he felt like he was in prison. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody if you want to keep your loved ones alive. The staff just does not care about any of their patients.

He takes his time to answer all questions I have and to consider all options. He asks good questions too, and listens closely to answers. Being a RN, I've worked at the hospital and with a fellow surgeon who respected her incredible talent. My surgery went very well and there were no complications. She is very professional and explains procedures pre and post op very thoroughly. Personality wise she is a lot like other surgeons. She is very curt, somewhat cold if you will. She's not there to be your friend, but to enhance, if not save your life. If there is one downfall in her practice, it would have to be her staff. Her Medical Assistant can be quite rude at times. If you can deal with her, you can deal with the Doctor. The only reason I give her 4 out of 5 stars is due to her staff. She, in and of herself, deserves all 5 stars!
