    My doctor referred me here. I was here before it even opened, I kept checking the time, then the staff showed up late. I stayed in the car trying to give them a few minutes to settle in and get things going. After I go in everyone is grouped together laughing talking making jokes and playing with their phones. They looked at me walk in but kept doing what they were doing until I said something. Then the excuse was hey we're just getting our morning laughs in blah blah blah. Yeah but you were already late and then didn't even acknolowdge a customer. They didn't really give me the professional vibes at all. Hope I don't have to go back.

    My 2 year old English bulldog was sent home from her vet , but she needed to be on oxygen, Vet faxed in our Rx 10min before they closed , I arrived 4min before, Regardless of the time, the staff was SO awesome and got me in and out with my equipment, Unfortunately, our Willow only lasted 5 hours , The inexperienced Vet had over sedated a overheated Bulldog ! when I returned with the equipment about 17 hours later, they were shocked and then when we explained why , they promptly refunded our money, and gave us emotional support, and it was so appreciated, another wonderful lady, who helped with our rental, was at lunch, upon her return and told of the circumstances, she sent us a personal text message of condolences and prayers, SO TO US , They are an 11 with 5 BIG STARS and the wirefamily thank them ALL , beyond what words can express ! Thank You Thank You and God bless them

    The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to deliver what I needed in a timely manner.

    Staff was friendly. The respiratory therapist was professional, helpful, and cheerful. I'm glad I stopped in!

As I sat there watching people come in, the staff were so nice to everyone, which you don't see often. Even a lady in a wheelchair who needed a simple paper filled out but refused to do it for herself so she did it for her. Glad I waited.

    Their whole entire business model is a scam. My podiatrist…read moresaid that I needed a night splint and said I could buy them from him or go to this facility to get the prescribed. I have insurance and didn't want to pay him over $100 for them. VIPO wouldn't let me come in to get them unless they set an appointment to "fit me"for them and show me how to use them. They wanted to set an appointment for 6+weeks away. MY FEET HURT and I didn't want to wait 6 weeks to stop the pain. I was told 3 times that the appointment was to show me how to use them and to fit them to my feet. The appointment was a scam. The person that saw me was a clueless kid. He said my chart has no reason why I was there and he asked what my diagnosis was. I told him I was there to get fitted for the orthotic. He told me no. They had them there but needed to get my insurance to cover them and needed their approval. So I wouldn't be getting the splints even though that was what I had been told for six weeks. He said he needed to ask me questions. The questions were do i have plantar fisciatis and which foot is it. THESE QUESTIONS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE OVER THE PHONE! Instead they make me wait 7 weeks and charge my insurance! Then I wait 5 more weeks for approval and then the fitting was literally adjusting a velcro strap that took one minute. Then I look online and they are literally on Amazon for $15 each and I could have got them myself. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a bill for $500 for the $30 splints! This business is set up to suck insurance money and outrageous co pays from elderly and people who have actual painful conditions and are just looking for help. I would never EVER allow anyone I know to use this "business" for any reason. I hope every single person that works there stubs their toe and needs an orthotic to fix the problem and they have to get scammed by this low life business. The care, garbage. The services, garbage. Cost, garbage. I had my insurance remove this bill and they still keep sending me a bill for the orthotic. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

    I started using a CPAP machine and it took three months for me to receive it. All my details were…read morecorrect, but they sent it to my old address. After contacting them, I discovered they had indeed used the wrong address. I verified that all my information was correct, and they sent it to my doctor's office. I eventually found out that they had sent it there, and, finally, it was sent to me. I had enrolled in the automatic supply delivery service, but I received a call from Apria saying that my insurance had not approved the supplies. They asked me to contact my insurance, and shortly after that, it was approved. The supply is always delayed, wasting the client's time, and it seems to be a hardship for the company to send the supply despite being approved by the insurance company. This company needs to develop common kindness and accuracy when sending their equipment. Hope they will acknowledge they are dealing with humans whose medical needs rely on the equipments.

    I would give a lower review, if possible. I ordered C-PAP…read moresupplies from Apria and they put me on auto-ship without my consent. The mask that I received did not come with the headband to attach the mask to my face. I contacted Apria and requested they send me the strap needed to make the mask usable. They billed me and my insurance for the full correct order. Apria asked me to use the old clip and strap and assured me that the full mask would come with my next order. I received my next order which also did not come with the strap making the mask unusable. When I contacted Apria again it was past 30 days so they refused, once again, to correct the defective order and provide the part that was missing and paid for. The first person I spoke with disconnected our call. The next person "Shy" was very rude, refused to connect me with a supervisor and then hung up on me. The 3rd time I called I spoke with Martin who continued to leave me on hold and told me after 19 minutes coming back every few minutes to put me on hold again and tell me that a supervisor was not available. He then told me that a supervisor would call me back. I have not received a return telephone call.
