    Small wheelchair and left it my house 6 fays

    Really terrible company even if I can cancel they bring wheelchair to us and make us keep it as if we are storage company..they charge credit card and insurance for adult wheelchair and size bring to us child wheelchair .. I called 2 days with insurance in same linea and still not pick up i going add video when Kern medical supply decide pick up I feel bad seniors or young people out therapy has to used these service not take consideration of people and lies drs ask small wheelchair instead for adult size

    Horrible customer service. Don't use this company!! Problems from delivery to pick up. Not willing to make their mistakes right.

    Ashli Medical Supply…read more My name is Dorothy Brown and I have been a customer of Ashli Medical Supply for several years. I have both an oxygen condenser as well as a ventilator. Every six months they come out and are supposed to give me supplies, check the machines and then annually they are supposed to do a thorough annual check of the machines. I found out today that they are supposed to change the filters in the oxygen condenser as well as three filters in the ventilator. Every other respiratory therapist that has been here has told me that the filter inside the oxygen condenser does not need to be changed. It is an internal filter and after so many years, they just switch out the condenser and the filter is not changed, but alas, today for the first time, their respiratory therapist, Linda came and in a matter of minutes she hooked my condenser up to something that showed the percentage of oxygen that was being produced. Next she popped off a little door at the bottom of the condenser and pulled out a filter that was filthy. Apparently I was correct and it was supposed to be changed once at least every year. It has been at least 3 to 4 years that this has never been changed. She left two sets of tubing for that machine and then went to work on the ventilator. She turned it on and looked at a few screens to check the number of hours that it had been running and then changed not just one filter or two filters on the machine like has been done in the past, no, she changed a third one that I didn't even realize was there. It also was very dirty after being there for 2 to 3 years without being changed. I want to tell this company that they have a diamond in their midst. Linda is amazing. She did more than everyone else has done in all these years put together and in less time showed me how to do a few things that I didn't know how to do. She I s kind, knowledgeable, efficient and everything you would want in an employee. As a customer I ask that you treat her well and compensate her accordingly. I would suggest she be promoted but I actually don't want that because I want her to return as my respiratory therapist in six months and again in a year and so on. Thank you, Linda.

    I had been hearing about Hina's for years before my coma. After my coma, i have a lot of…read moremaintenance meds. Honestly just filling 1 medication a month at cvs was always a problem. So after my coma in 2016 i made the switch to Hina's and i don't regret it. 1. I was able to email my med list & have them request the transfers from cvs, i appreciated that they let me do this. Repeating information somehow gets me worked up (workin on that but that's besides my point). They were nice from day one, i appreciate that. 2. Hinas is the one pharmacy in my life that i feel like has gone to bat for ME (the patient) the most. My meds are always filled, if somethings unavailable, they communicate when it will be in, the techs contact my doctors and make notes to do things & follow up. They have done so much to go above & beyond to help me. I can't even put it into words. They do all they can to work with the insurance & my providers, to be sure I'm not out of my meds for a day. (A large chain, would never...) 3. If i ever have a question for the pharmacist i can just call and ask. Sure you can at any pharmacy pretty much buttt Ed knows who i am, he knows my history and doesn't need to verify my entire list of personal info (in front of a store full of customers) to tell me, to take something at night, instead of in the morning. Also he knows I'm persistent.. i stay on top of my prescriptions and faxes etc to my doctors so he works with me and anticipates my needs sometimes even before i know them! It's incredible. I'm saying. I have no regrets switching to Hina's. Also i mean they're a local small business. Who doesn't want to support that? And the delivery, two rounds? Sooo incredibly helpful! The drivers are all so nice! I appreciate everyone at Hina's. Thanks (if you see this) for everything!

    I started using a CPAP machine and it took three months for me to receive it. All my details were…read morecorrect, but they sent it to my old address. After contacting them, I discovered they had indeed used the wrong address. I verified that all my information was correct, and they sent it to my doctor's office. I eventually found out that they had sent it there, and, finally, it was sent to me. I had enrolled in the automatic supply delivery service, but I received a call from Apria saying that my insurance had not approved the supplies. They asked me to contact my insurance, and shortly after that, it was approved. The supply is always delayed, wasting the client's time, and it seems to be a hardship for the company to send the supply despite being approved by the insurance company. This company needs to develop common kindness and accuracy when sending their equipment. Hope they will acknowledge they are dealing with humans whose medical needs rely on the equipments.

    I would give a lower review, if possible. I ordered C-PAP…read moresupplies from Apria and they put me on auto-ship without my consent. The mask that I received did not come with the headband to attach the mask to my face. I contacted Apria and requested they send me the strap needed to make the mask usable. They billed me and my insurance for the full correct order. Apria asked me to use the old clip and strap and assured me that the full mask would come with my next order. I received my next order which also did not come with the strap making the mask unusable. When I contacted Apria again it was past 30 days so they refused, once again, to correct the defective order and provide the part that was missing and paid for. The first person I spoke with disconnected our call. The next person "Shy" was very rude, refused to connect me with a supervisor and then hung up on me. The 3rd time I called I spoke with Martin who continued to leave me on hold and told me after 19 minutes coming back every few minutes to put me on hold again and tell me that a supervisor was not available. He then told me that a supervisor would call me back. I have not received a return telephone call.
